This is a gorgeous very open space, modern design Jerusalem apartment, 60m2, with 3 meter high ceilings, tons of light, iron chandeliers, fully furnished 1BR 1bathroom, apartment, with a large living area and open fully furnished kitchen, Free Wifi, Air Conditioning, Large Flat screen TV in the BR (No Cable but freewifi), includes DVD player, DVD library, books, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, includes soap, Microwave, Stove, large toaster oven, large Fridge, hot plate, kettle, cutlery, plates, towels, sofa-bed in living room sleeps 2, linens, Hairdryer, iron, etc. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Please Note:

the apartment is not in the Old City of Jerusalem. Most people find renting in the old city expensive and limiting in terms of buying groceries, getting around, etc. Our apartment is a 40 min walk to the old city, but it is easily accessible by bus or taxi from the center of town. For those who are Shomer Shabbat Shomer Kashrut, we have a separate locked cupboard of Dairy pots, pans, dishes cutlery, etc. . There is a glass two-burner stove.

Why Mosheh chose Jerusalem

This is one of the most unique properties for several reasons, it used to be part of a 90yr old Jewish Yemenite community center, and has very high ceilings, 3 very large windows flooding the living area with light. Each window was hand built, when we renovated the space we had to take custom measurements for each space. The street is beautiful, lush with greenery, quiet enough to feel like you are not in the city, and central enough that you can get around everywhere without a car. The shuk, the museum, supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, cafes, bars, historic sites and neighbourhoods are literally a short walk away.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment was renovated with tremendous thought to a style which was both elegant and highlighting the space which makes it so unique and full of light.

Great Time

Owner was most kind, location is perfect, safe, and very active with walkers. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Great restaurants, walk to tour the

Knesset Government Building, Rose Garden in Rehavia district, Jerusalem's Museum, Rehavia Park, historical sights, cinema, Machane Yehudah Market, shopping of all kinds, Jerusalem Old City - only a 20 minute walk. Accomodations were clean and nice. You are on a quiet neighborhood street immersed in this beautiful culture. Bus stops and taxis plentiful. Close to 2 hotels - King Agrippa and Mamila - the latter is where tours to other areas of Israel can be taken. Airport shuttle came to our door to deliver us from airport and pick us back up to depart.

2016 Israel Holiday

We have stayed in a few places in Israel, this in one of the best.... in a very quite street.

The apartment is centrally located, within 25min walking distance to the Old City, 10 min to the local market and super market.

Restaurants are also close by as well.

The only problem we experienced is with parking (limited and expensive) for the hired car, I you plan to use the buses (2 min from front door) or taxi, then you will have no problems.

Also close to the "Nesher" (airport taxi) pickup/drop off points, makes the trip to and from the airport easy and affordable.

Perfect apt for two in West Jerusalem

Large combination eat-in kitchen living room; King bed in bedroom, but TV gets mostly Hebrew local stations and is not satellite (but there are some movies if needed). His WIFI works well, so we watch some TV that way too. Bathroom is very nice with hairdryer. This ground floor apt is on a little side street near many bus lines. You are an eight minute walk from the main market as well as the central Ben-Yehuda walk-street. A 22 minute downhill walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. We would normally catch the light rail up the hill to the Yehuda Market and buy food on our walk back. This is living in Jerusalem, not just visiting like a hotel would be. We loved it. Extremely safe area with coffee shops available by 7:15am just 3 minutes away. Note: Moshe can use WhatsAPP for those like us who have no real phone service in Israel.

Great little apartment in the heart of Jerusalem

Just back from an amazing stay at this perfect apartment.

When we arrived, we were graciously met by our host who showed us everything in the apartment. Our host provided us with maps and guides to help with familiarizing ourselves in the neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and the pictures are an accurate representation of the accommodations. Our host was always available to answer any questions and happy to help with anything.

The apartment is on a very quiet street yet so close to all the action. We were a 5 minute walk from Ben Yehuda Street and about the same from the bustling Machnei Yehuda market. There is also a great falafel place just around the corner on Betzalel street.

Plenty of transportation options are available as well. The buses and light rail are nearby which can take you to the Central bus station in Jerusalem or the old city.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend time in Israel and would not hesitate to stay here on future trips.

Apt was wonderful. Perfect for our needs.

We loved the apartment, which we used for 2 weeks. It was bright, clean and perfect for the two of us. It also had a sleep sofa, which we used when our grand-daughter visited.

Mosheh, the owner, was great to deal with. He had milk, chumas, butter, and wine waiting for us when we arrived. The other big benefit to the unit was that there were on "extras" such as paying for heat or cleaning fee. We are looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Israel.

Great place to stay in Jerusalem

Just completed our stay in Jerusalem at this great place. It is walking distance to everything, Old City, Machane Yehudah, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, (check out the little shop at 6 Narkiss for breakfast it is delicious!) .... The owner was wonderful to work with - answered emails quickly, provided us with everything we needed, and had for us a very clean, well equipped flat. The washer/dryer was very handy and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. It was an excellent value. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
