About the Property
Beauty with bustle, chic and classy.
On the first floor, with lift, this is a 21st century apartment in a 'Belle Epoque' building. It has one large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one smaller twin bedroom with shower room ensuite, separate WC, modern glass walled kitchen, large combined salon and dining room.
You will find 200Mb broadband Internet (max) with RJ45 outlets and good wifi, 3 TVs (one with Skype, the others with YouTube), and modern designer furniture. The apartment is managed on behalf of the owner by 'Acceuil-Appartement', a top Parisian servicing agent who can provide additional services (payable) as required and who will deal with all meet, greet, contracts and payments and minor problems guests have with appliances etc.
As the owner, this is my Paris home and my wife and I regularly stay in the apartment. It is managed for us by RENTYOURPARIS and you can contact Anna Fiero there direct on 00 33 1 44 18 39 87 - as she keeps the master calendar. Any VRBO email also goes to her.
The apartment is fully double glazed throughout keeping it cooler in summer and warm in winter. All bed linen and towels are supplied along with a welcome pack. You will need to supply an advance deposit against damages equivalent to one week's rental.
We are happy to welcome children but no pets. This is a totally no smoking apartment. Smoke detectors are fitted.
The apartment is heavily booked often with repeat clients booking directly , and the owner does his best to fit his own needs and dates around those of his clients.
Nearby: The Tomb of Napoleon is barely three minutes walk; the Eiffel Tower is an easy 15 minute stroll, The D'Orsay Museum is also about 15 minutes walk away; the Champs-Élysées is two stops on the metro to Concorde; the Luxembourg Gardens a 12 minute bus ride from Ecole Militaire nearby; other buses and metros get you to The Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and other monuments within 15 minutes.
The apartment is exactly in the centre of of Paris' most fashionable and bourgeois arrondissement -the 7th. You are surrounded by superb restaurants, fashionable (if expensive shopping), some of the best markets in Paris including Rue Cler just 6 minutes walk away. There are several good cheap supermarkets within 5 minutes stroll.
The apartment block is quiet, bourgeois and French. The co-owners and residents value their calm and peace but they have all been charming to our guests.
Minimum period of stay is one week: maximum two months (negotiated with the owner). It is an ideal and central location to explore Paris, France and the rest of Europe.
Last but not least, the apartment comes with a selection of DVDs for all ages, some board games, a selection of books on Paris, the fine 'peacock' evening dinner service as well as child friendly crockery etc.

- The main bedroom is large, quiet and at the rear. Almost no sounds at all. A double glazed window opens onto a small rear courtyard. The apartment is priced in EUROS, price inclusive of meet/greet apartment preparation etc. Sometimes my agency will charge extra for out of hours actions, such as late night arrival. The client must deal with this.
Changes in exchange rates may alter up or down the final dollar payment.
All guests are expected to exchange emails prior to either the guest or myself taking a final decision on the rental.
Additional services (such as regular cleaning & laundry, or taxi meet at the airport) may be contracted from my agency prior to or on arrival.
All bookings require a successful exchange of rental contract with my agency.
The damage deposit is normally taken as a credit card imprint on arrival.

This the very heart of the 7th Arronidssement: so nearly all historical Paris is within walking distance or, for the foot sore a short two or three stop metro ride. The 69 bus which famously travels past nearly every monument, has a stop just over 5 minutes away. There is a busy taxi cab rank almost outside the apartment. This is one of the great Paris locations,
