Owner info

Year Purchased: 2011

About the owner: I grew up about 45 minutes south of Traverse City in a little village named Kaleva. I've always been fascinated by the history of the Traverse City State Hospital and the effort put forth by the developers to bring its grounds back to life. In fact... I love the property so much that my husband and I were the FIRST couple to be married in historic Kirkbride Hall! (May 25th, 2014). I love to visit and explore new places, so I'm happy to be able to provide a spot for others like myself to do just that. Traverse City is definitely a one-of-a-kind place and I'll always call it home! I'm excited to provide guests with any tips on where to go and what to do during their stay. Just message me!

Why the Owner Chose Traverse City, MI, USA:
The reason I bought this condo was because I wanted to be a part of the history of the Grand Traverse Commons.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
What I love most about this property is the access to lots of fun places and activities (that are within steps) while staying in a cozy, quiet space.
