This one bedroom with 750 sq. ft. and fully furnished condo is the dream destination for those who are looking for leisure living, beautiful national parks, mountain biking, hiking, some of the best golf Utah has to offer.

There are 2 National Parks, Zions (one hour drive - one way) and Bryce, and many State Parks, just to name a few, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam.

The St. George area has plenty of restaurants, movie theaters, shopping outlet malls, and many golf courses to challenge your particular level of play.

The Sports Village is the top location in St George to come and relax, having the best amenities in the area. Free WIFI. 1 hour away from Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park makes a good day trip.

Even though our condo (unit # R-4) is located on the ground level, it is not accessible to wheelchairs or to those who have difficulty encountering stairs. There are around 18 steps that must be taken to access the condo. There is not an elevator located in the building. Luggage and any other items will need to be hand carried down to and then back up from the condo.

Condo with Garage!

We enjoyed our end of December stay. The condo was well stocked with almost everything you would find in an occupied home. We particularly liked having a locked garage for our mountain bikes and car! Easy access to Mesquite, NV and Zion's National Park.

We have used HomeAway alot. We have always had 24 hour responses from the owner's and have found the accommodations really great. This was not the case this time, however. We received an email that within 10 days we would hear from the owner with instructions how to access the property. Problem was, we had booked within 5 days of our stay. Finally the morning before our 3 hour drive and still not having heard from the owner, I looked up the information how to contact both the owner and the manager. I was able to reach the manager who gave us the "code" to get into the property. I wrote it down to make certain it was correct. The manager said she was in Idaho hours away and there was no-one else to help us should something go wrong. I left a message for the owner to call. Hours later we heard back from him. He, too, was hours away. He gave us an entirely different code and insisted he was correct and not the manager. When we finally found the place, being very tired from our drive, in the dark and just wanting to crash, we could not get the owner's code to work. After trying it several times, it locked up on us. We again called the owner telling him the system had shut down with our many attempts to open it, to which he told us to wait 10 minutes and it would reset itself. This didn't help when we were more than ready to just settle in for the night. While my husband struggled up the 20+ stairs to get our luggage, and lug them back down those same 20+stairs, I tried the manager's code and it opened right up! I called the owner back to inform him of this but it went to voicemail. He never called back. HUM...

No where on their site did we see their unit was on the bottom floor with all those stairs and there was NO elevator option. We both have extreme problems doing stairs, as I had cancer in my right calf. Although I can walk, stairs are real challenges for me. Gary is just 5 months out from double knee surgery. We would NEVER had booked their unit had we known what a physical hardship that would be for us.

The condo was nicely furnished but we didn't understand why the bathroom was covered in mirrors. In addition, there were mirrors throughout the entire place. That was over the top! The final thing was, we used the toaster and it absolutely ruined our bagels no matter what setting it was turned to.

We will be using HomeAway again....but NOT to this condo,......sorry, just have to be honest here.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry that your experience with our condo was a disappointment to you. We strive to make sure that all of our guests have a positive experience with our condo and it's amenities. Even though the condo is advertised as being located on the ground floor and has a nice walk-out patio and a large lawn to relax and play; there are stairs (around 20) that must be addressed when going from the parking lot and garage down to the entry way of the condo. The stairs are definitely an issue for all those that have difficulty using them. To help those with this hardship of encountering stairs; we have entered our VRBO web site and have made additional references to the stairs and they will be found throughout the site. Discussions on the functionality of the appliances and electronic entryway are issues that are constantly being made with management and the needed changes made. We do appreciate your honesty in reporting your experience with us and our condo. It will greatly enhance our ability to better serve our future guests.

Perfect home base

Clean, quiet, enough amenities for 2 adults and 2 kids. Flew into Vegas and it was an easy drive to St. George. We used St. George as our home base for Bryce, Zion, and the North Rim. Perfect location very friendly area. Took a recommendation from a local to hit Snow Canyon as well and enjoyed that quite a bit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great well appointed condo

This is a lovely condo very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools to enjoy some great cooking. Great restuarants are near by. Good location for all the delights of St. George. We enjoyed the patio, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the place. I would return again.

Car: necessary

Address of the condo is 860 S. Village Rd, Building R, unit #4. If you have trouble locating our condo once you are in the Sports Village Complex itself; there is a nice map located in the parking lot of the club house that is very helpful.
