Super clean two bedroom, two bath that sleeps 5-6. Large outdoor covered and screened patio with gas barbecue and eating area - perfect for an outdoor breakfast and dinner. Large kitchen counter area for morning coffee and a spotless kitchen with all accessories. French doors open onto the patio from the kitchen/dining area and the patio is decorated with orchids and plants. Spacious attached garage for boat or car parking, with the washer and dryer in the garage for convenience. The master bedroom has a private bath, large walk-in closet and French doors opening onto the screened patio. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet for storing suitcases and clothes. The home is meticulously cared for and spotlessly clean, with weekly maid service is available for your stay if desired. Great location and beautiful property!

Perfect location as well for visiting FPL members and Homestead ARB personnel.

About Dennis Daley

I am a retired Air Force colonel and this was my mother's home. My family and I have lived in the Miami - Homestead area since 1982 and love the convenience to the Keys and Miami. We love the beach and boating and can offer great ideas for enjoying the area's attractions, plus we can offer great restaurant ideas.

Miami and the Keys are very expensive places for lodging and we offer the chance to enjoy a longer visit and see more of the area (at a reasonable cost). Why spend more for lodging when you can use the money saved by staying with us on fishing trips, local eateries, and swimming with the dolphins!

Villages of Homestead is a quiet and safe community that is called the 'Gateway to the Keys, Biscayne National Park, and the Everglades' - with tree lined streets, walking paths, and a home-town feel. This is the ideal location for travelers wanting to visit Miami, the Florida Keys, Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park and to enjoy the warmth of south Florida winters. This residence is a short drive to South Beach, and just minutes from orchid farms in the Redlands, Robert is Here fruit stand in Florida City, and golf at Keys Gate Country Club. Travelling to the Florida Keys is equally convenient to swim with Dolphins, enjoy backcountry flats fishing and kayaking, as well as some of the best deep-sea fishing in the world. Scuba diving (to include wreck diving) and reef snorkeling are available in Key Largo which is just short drive as well. For shoppers, The Falls open-air mall has upscale shopping and the movie theater is superb. Day trips to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are equally entertaining, with a visit to Merrick Park and Miracle Mile a must for shoppers. Felt like home and close to more activities/attractions than you could do in a month

First and foremost, the house immaculate, beds are comfortable, kitchen is great and well stocked. The large covered patio with barbecue was very comfortable also. It is in a nice quiet subdivision. There are so many attractions and activities nearby that if you want to keep busy your whole stay you won't be disappointed. Also great if you just want to crash some of the time and simply enjoy the house. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

2nd Stay at house in Homestead -- Would rent again!

Special thanks to Dennis again for a wonderful stay in Homestead. We rented this house for the 2nd time in November 2016. Everything went WONDERFUL with our stay, deposit promptly returned after our departure. We loved the screened in patio and BBQ outside--we spent much more time out there this stay. The house is clean, neat and tidy and everything worked great. Internet and Cable are good. We went to the community center again to use the pool and toured around the area which is central to go in many directions easily. The helpful tourist spots was great for additional exploring. Great place, awesome experience!

Dennis is awesome. Very accommodating and flexible. Great location, clean, and friendly neighbors. I had a bit of bad luck with my vehicle, brought it into the service center, forgot the keys to the house in the car. I was stuck outside. I notified Dennis and shortly thereafter he was able to get me into the house where the 2nd set of keys awaited.

My 1st experience with homeaway.com (or any other similar) and very happy with it.

WONDERFUL Stay, Would recommend to Everyone!

We had a wonderful stay in this home, the house is well maintained, secure & safe in a quiet neighbourhood. The access to the pool & community center was wonderful for the days not out exploring the area. The location was very close for access to many areas, South Beach, Key West, etc. The house was very clean and stocked with most necessities and the cable and internet were excellent. All appliances worked well and we would and will be DEFINATELY stay in Dennis' home again. He was so friendly, accommodating and helpful before/during and after our stay. The deposit was returned promptly. Thank you again for having such a wonderful spot to share with visitors to the area!

Deposit payment ($450) is via PayPal, cash, or check to secure the reservation. Rental payments are expected to be paid in full prior to arrival unless arrangements to split the payments for long-term stays have been made in the rental agreement. Security deposits will be returned within five days after departure and up to sixty days prior to arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
