This is the best neighborhood in one of the best cities in the World!!
We stayed in this beautiful townhouse for 3 nights in July. It was hot during the day but cooled down a lot at night. The location was incredible! It was easy to catch the bus to downtown. There were lots of restaurants and Trader Joe's within walking distance. The townhouse was very, very nice. The property manager is also very nice and responsive. The reason that I don't give it 4 stars is because the beds were terrible. My husband and I were in pain after the first night.
We enjoyed our stay in Seattle at this lodging. It had a great kitchen and the living and dining areas were fine, as were the bedrooms and baths upstairs. It does have two flights of stairs so if you're mobility impaired, not a good choice. But didn't cause us any problems. Parking is an issue, but the owner provides a parking pass so you can find a place on the street and leave it there [we ended up walking or using Uber]. There is a paid lot across the street in case you get into town late and just don't want to deal with finding a parking space. We had no problems at all and when I did have a Q about getting to the airport the owner was responsive [very early it's much easier of course] A positive experience over all.
Very Clean, plenty of space, everything you need to cook and do laundry.
Beautiful apartment. Convenient location. Just a short walk to bus and light rail.
Clean, tidy, well organised property.
Great neighborhood to stay in. 3 grocery stores and many, many restaurants within walking distance.
Very helpful owner.
As mentioned the on street parking, we always found a spot within 2 blocks, but it kept us guessing.
Stairs. Stairs up to front entrance, stairs up to 2nd floor living/kitchen area, then stairs up to 3rd floor bedrooms.
One suggestion, would be to put a couple small chairs and a small table on the deck (small) off of the living room.
Would definetely stay there again and would recommend to friends & family.
The overall layout and appliances, spices etc. made it comfortable. Easy walk to the Coop and Trader Joes foods to stock the fridge. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
The parking was a problem and we ended up using Uber everyday so that we would not lose our spots on the street. Our son did end up with a parking ticket, however Mik graciously paid it.
The cleaning service was questionable. There were spills on walls etc that I wiped down myself. The carpeting on all the stairs were dirty. Should definitely be replaced. It would also have been nice to have cable TV and AC. It was noisy outside as we had to sleep with the windows open.
Overall our experience was positive and we had an opportunity to explore this lovely city.
We had a great stay in Seattle and enjoyed staying at this property. Great location - we could walk everywhere. Great food options a few blocks away that was very convenient. Would recommend this property very much. Owner was very easy to work with as well.
All the urban amenities you would want within walking distance.
