We want to make it as easy as possible to enjoy our house.

If you rent this property, a concierge will meet you at the property showing you the features of this single family home.

It has spectacular views and a large deck overlooking the Pacific ocean. The home has three bedrooms and two baths. It is newly renovated throughout.

There are ocean views from every room and a large deck that overlooks the ocean and beach.

The kitchen is FULLY stocked with pots, pans, glasses, silverware and anything you will need.

There is a small patio with an outdoor shower that can be used to wash off the sand and salt after going to the beach. The patio is on the street level and stays cool in the afternoon.

There is direct access from the deck or you can walk to the Beacon's Beach access which is about 250 yards up the street (no handicapped access).

If you prefer there is also moonlight beach, which is a 1 mile, 5 minute drive and has handicapped access, parking, restrooms and snack bars.

Encinitas is a fun city with many restaurants both upscale and family friendly.

For the kids there is Legoland, which is a 15 minute drive.

You will feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

We provide all bedding and towels so you will not need to bring any.

There is a garage that has a full washer and dryer. It WILL NOT fit a large car. We have a Prius that we can fit in on an angle. However there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.

Why Tom Radi chose Leucadia

When I was looking for a beachfront home to buy, I had three criteria:

1. Needed to be able to see the ocean.

2. Needed to be able to hear the waves.

3. Needed to be able to walk on the beach.

This place met all the criteria.

After extensive renovation it has become a great place to relax, enjoy watching the dolphins and surfers and the beautiful sunsets.

Downstairs family room has a queen size sofa bed and a large HDTV.

Stunning ocean views

We were blown away by the spectacular ocean views from almost every room in the house. The house is as described and comfortably fit our family group of 6. The beach access was very nice to have right at the back deck. We loved visiting Encinitas and would visit again.

A Fantastic Beach Home In Encinitas

My friend and I found this beach house to be ideal! The house itself with all the comforts and conveniences of home plus the VIEW. Situated on a

bluff with stunning views of the ocean not only from the spacious deck but also from nearly every room in the house and we were afforded ample opportunities to view and photograph stunning sun sets and sea life or just set and relax, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sounds and ambience of the beach and ocean. Close to nearby state beaches, great restaurants and many nearby sites of interest: gardens, preserves, and wildlife to name a few. I cannot over state our enjoyment in all aspects of our stay: the very comfortable home itself, its location, just every thing! We are already planning a return.

Great House, Great Management

The house is set up perfectly to take advantage of the location, with multiple access points to the great deck.

Working with Tom and Eileen was a pleasure, making the whole experience easy and fun. Good communicators and effortless process was a standout as VRBO's go. We left the property clean and it was immediately recognized by the return of the security deposit in less than 24 hours.

We would definitely stay here again.

Note - the garage has installed cabinets in the front, making parking in the garage enclosure difficult unless you have a mini. However, we never had to deal with a lack of parking options.

Overall, this property and it's management / ownership easily earns a 5 star, exceptional rating.

Best vacation we've ever had!

What a wonderful way to spend the week between Christmas and New Year's. The house is amazing. Plenty of room for us and a few visitors that dropped by. The deck is spacious and has an incredible view (as does the living spaces!). We watched whales, dolphins, pelicans, and surfers all day long. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, supplies, etc. Eileen did a great job of showing the property and keeping in touch with us regarding trash pick-up, etc. The only problem we had was poor Wi-Fi service, which should be an easy issue to get resolved. We will definitely plan on coming back as soon as possible!

incredible and romantic view

a larg, elegant and very comfortable villa just on the ocean that is visible from every window. spectacular views of the ocean, Equipped with every comfort. well furnished. very romantic. a love nest to retreat. hard to get away. chance to walk on the ocean shore. we were very good. comfortable Garage communicating with the house where I could park my Mustang convertible. half an hour to get to San Diego and other very nice places. A brief but unforgettable holiday. absolutely to be recommended to everyone. Hopefully much of come again. Congratulations to the owners.

A week at the beach

The house has an incredible setting... Very convenient and comfortably furnished. We loved all the windows so that you could enjoy the beautiful ocean views from all angles. Watching the surfers any time of day provided endless entertainment. The deck was great. There is no central airconditioning but there were fans in the bedrooms and a sufficient breeze most days and nights. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen was well appointed. We found everything that we needed. We enjoyed walking on the beach and rented bikes to ride up and down the coast. The bike route was great.

Tenant, by agreeing to rent, hereby waives and releases Landlord, its owners, agents and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from Tenant’s use of the facility regardless of cause, even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the Landlord, or any of its agents, or employees in the installation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance and/or rental of the facility, or from Tenant’s use of this facility.
