I'm Mary Anderson and I love living in Savannah and working with vacation guests. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia (with Historic Savannah Real Estate). I have all my 31 vacation rentals on SavannahLuxuryRentals which is my person al site
Savannah is a favorite city for many people who could literally choose anywhere to vacation or live. This condo is in the center of one of the best parts of the city. This address will always be sought after.
The true walking lifestyle this location offers. Savannah is a perfect sized little city and this condo is in the middle of the best of it.
I stayed in this condo in August and was happy to see it was available for a return stay! The condo is exactly as it is described - spacious, impeccably clean, and centrally located to everything in Savannah. And, parking is included! A great value! I hope I get to stay here again soon.
Mary was great! We visited for the marathon and she had sports drinks and energy bars waiting for us! Very clean house and amazing location! Could walk everywhere. Highly recommend
I stayed at this condo for my wedding weekend and it couldn't have been better. The only problem I had was the long walk from the elevator to the condo itself. I had many boxes of wedding decorations to haul. It is a great centrally located condo, walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in historic Savannah. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. I loved having a full kitchen even though cooking was not something I had planned to do. I would rent here again in the future for sure.
You can't beat the price or location. Everything was very convenient. An easy walk to everything. Never got in our car once we parked it. The elevator wasn't working the first day which would have been bad had we issues with steps, and it is noisey at night. But, that's city life.
My family and I arrived at this condo (and one of their others) just days before hurricane Matthew hit Savannah. This owner could not have been more gracious to us in that stressful time. We were offered the condos for two extra days after the hurricane hit so that roads could be cleared for our travels. Thanks to this owner, our trip was a lot less stressful. Although most businesses were closed during our stay, this condo is in the perfect location for walking Savannah. I truly can't say enough about our experience with the owners from start to finish and I look forward to the day when we can return to get the full Savannah experience.
This condo is in the middle of all tourist attractions the Savannah Historic District has to offer. Situated amongst the fine dining, casual dining and night life restaurants you will never need to drive to a meal. Across the street from Ellis Square (which has its own satellite Visitors Center), City Market (with live music and outdoor seating at multiple restaurants), Horse & Carriage rides, a trolley ticket store, and the Telfair Academy Museum, you will not wonder where to go to find activities. Stores such as Urban Outfitters, GAP and Kate Spade are within one short city block along with unique local boutiques like Terra Cotta and Harper! You will also find a CVS, Starbucks and Panera one block away so all the basics are covered with no need for a vehicle.
