Condo In Historic 1849 Building Steps From City Market & River Street

Stay in a loft above Banana Republic, in location that really has everything tourists want! Between Telfair Square and Ellis Square, steps from City Market, Congress Street, the Riverfront, The Telfair Museum, Jepson Center, Broughton Street, etc all literally right outside your door!

This building was constructed in 1849 and many original details are still intact.

King bedroom, modern kitchen, pullout Queen sofa bed.

This condo is an alley facing unit so the view out the windows is of the post office parking lot.

This unit comes with a garage access card for one vehicle!

Any additional cars that come with your group can pay the garage attendant (the garage is public) or all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Day Parking Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center.

Perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The loft was much larger than we expected. Clean, comfortable and supplied well with the basics. Because of the perfect location, we were able to leave our car parked the whole weekend and explore the city by walking and biking. Beautiful Telfair Square, restaurants and shops are just steps away. Keep in mind, the loft is downtown so there is usual city noise till about an hour after the bars close. We’re definitely looking forward to our future stays!

Love it!

Charming, roomy, clean, tastefully decorated unit in a historic building. Perfect location downtown offered opportunity for free parking in the garage a block away and walking everywhere we wanted to go! Great way to see Savannah and walk off the Thanksgiving dinner and other overeating episodes in the numerous outstanding Savannah restaurants! Thank you, Mary, for your part in providing an outstanding, stress-free family reunion!

Great Location, Beautiful Condo

While some may not realize it, the condo is quite large for the area that its located in. Adequate lighting throughout, makes it feel open and warm, despite only having a handful of windows in the bedroom portion. The location is the selling point of this condo. I've always loved this area, and it's convenience and beauty. Savannah is a walking city, and there is something for everyone within a few blocks.

Be aware that while the Historic District is beautiful, it is still a working city, so there is a lot of traffic Mon-Friday. Trash pickup is Monday morning, right behind the bedroom... Be sure to pick that as a morning to get up and out early!

We loved our stay, and will definitely stay here again! The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, the King-sized bed is wonderful, and the shower in the bathroom is phenomenal!

We highly recommend!

Great property. Location is everything and this place has it.

We were there for three nights four days. Really enjoyed the centrally located property. Everything was convenient by walking.

We found excellent dining close. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great location great place to stay

If your looking for a place centrally located to everything downtown this is a great place. Walking distance to almost everything I wanted to do. Got the car out of the provided parking garage only once to go visit the beach. Here's a few things to note about this particular property: It's an older building loft style apartment so tall ceilings, creeky wood floors and the bed is a metal framed bed so it makes some noise when you roll over. You are in the heart of downtown so you will have alittle street noise but nothing unbearable just the occasional street traffic. I really liked how easy it was to access and how close to everything it is especially if your coming to shop, eat and drink, who isn't! The parking garage pass is a real plus as parking, especially in the evening, can be tough to find. The property owner and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all my needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in the middle of all tourist attractions the Savannah Historic District has to offer. Situated amongst the fine dining, casual dining and night life restaurants you will never need to drive to a meal. Across the street from Ellis Square (which has its own satellite Visitors Center), City Market (with live music and outdoor seating at multiple restaurants), Horse & Carriage rides, a trolley ticket store, and the Telfair Academy Museum, you will not wonder where to go to find activities. Stores such as Urban Outfitters, GAP and Kate Spade are within one short city block along with unique local boutiques like Terra Cotta and Harper! You will also find a CVS, Starbucks and Panera one block away so all the basics are covered with no need for a vehicle.
