You may only get one chance to visit the beach this year. So ask yourself: Why settle for cheap accommodations? Do you want to stay in a place that might just be more upscale than your own home? Do you enjoy a good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress with soft sheets? Do you get like being able to say "you won't believe the condo we stayed in?" If yes, read more.

Welcome to the most Luxurious Condominium on Okaloosa Island. This outstanding Mediterranean Style complex with its beautiful landscaping and deep, sugar sand beach is Kid friendly - two large pools (one heated yr. round) and two hot tubs.

Beyond the impressive building itself is the unmatched luxury of Unit 108. This incredible condo has been completely renovated and all furnishings are brand new. The bedding is premium; better than most people sleep on at home & the same that is used in Hilton Hotels. All appliances are new, all the TVs are new flat screen's with an enormous 65' TV in the den. The den is also outfitted with a sound bar & sub-woofer that connects to the TV and has a connection for your MP3 or Apple music player. The unit has been professionally decorated with high-end furnishings. Our Designer chooses a subtle coastal theme, rather than the 'souvenir shop' décor found in some condos. If you're a guest that can appreciate good taste, you'll feel right at home.

BRPH acquired unit 108 in the Spring of 2014 and sent our Designer in to work her magic. The unit had just been painted and re-carpeted. We chose to leave that alone but never quite felt the quality was up to our standards. Thus in early January 2016 repainted the unit with the same $25/gallon paint we've used in units 118, 312 and 401. And we've replaced carpet with a faux wood, tile floor. We used this in Unit 312 and have received great feedback about the warm, "beach house" feeling it gives the Condo. We cannot wait to see the results in 108.

If your family includes little ones that constantly keep you on the move between the pool, beach and condo - or perhaps youngsters you just want to keep an eye on from a comfortable chair, consider this: for slightly more than a budget 3 BR unit, you can have one that requires no elevator, is very close to the pool, the splash fountain and the walkway to the beach. We installed a bar-height table and chair set so our guest can sit comfortably yet high enough to keep an eye on young ones at the pool or just look out over the crowd and view the beach. If your visions of a beach vacation include constantly going back and forth from the pool, to waiting on the elevator, to the condo and back again, perhaps it will be worth a little more to stay in 108 and enjoy the combination of luxury and convenience. Just leave that nightmare vision of being drug back and forth, kids in tow behind you. Its YOUR vacation too, why not actually enjoy it?

With this condo you'll skip the long lines that can form at check-in time for both the front counter and the lobby elevator. We'll give you a key code the day before you arrive and of course the elevator simply isn't required. You'll be on the beach while other guests are still lined up to get keys. Furthermore, Unit 108 is THE CLOSEST to the beach, pool and lobby. No other condo has better proximity to the property. If you seek to stay in the finest, most accessible and most highly desired condominium in the area, Unit 108 in the Azure is the one that you've been looking for.

The property features secured, covered parking, and it is also a half mile from the convention center and walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and a great nightlife. Soon an upscale miniature golf course will be completed, right across the street!

We looked at every detail that makes for a great family vacation: How far is the walk to the beach? Where is the trash chute? How loud is the dishwasher? How can we assure the bedroom décor will please children, teenagers and young adults? Does the unit feel like an upscale beach retreat or a souvenir shop? Does the WiFi cover the entire Condo, including the patio? Vacations are precious time; most of us hope to visit the beach once per year. The best vacations we've taken were those that allowed us to live, at least for a while, at a higher style than we enjoyed at home. Thus our goal is to help guests enjoy the kind of vacation we like to take, where they are surrounded by comfort, style & convenience. About Brian Donahue

We started Beach Resort Properties in 2013 with one unit and we have grown our holdings to include 4 units at the Azure. We have two 4 bedroom extended units (1,950 sq ft), one standard 4 bedroom unit (1650 sq ft), and one 3 bedroom unit (1,500 sq ft). All units have been completely remodeled at a very high standard and compete to be the best in the complex.

The business was founded by 2 Families from Collierville TN, the Vincent's and the Donahue's. We've been friend for over a decade and realized that few property owners work to deliver what we wanted when we vacation - spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained properties at reasonable prices. We talked about how we'd pay just a little more to avoid being surprised when a condo didn't match the pictures taken 10 years ago. So we decided to pool our talents and start a business buying condo's that are in need of an up-date; renovating the property to a level that competes with and exceeds that of any high end resort hotel. We're picky about the condition of our properties and expend inordinate effort to ensure they are well maintained. Yes, we ask a little more than the other guys. What you get in return is a condo that looks just like the photos you see here. And we are active members of the Condo Owner's Association, with a presence on the Board of Directors.

The Condo Owners Association does a wonderful job of keeping this property a first class resort. It is conveniently located near shopping, nightlife & great restaurants yet is away from the congested highway. All on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. The Azure has very convenient covered, secure parking. You don't have to worry about coming out to a sun baked car in the summer or unloading in the rain. The property also features 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs and water park for young children. All this with Shopping and dinning a short drive away.

What makes this condo unique

All of Beach Resort Properties Condos are meticulously maintained and regularly inspected. Too often we meet guests complaining about the condition of the condo they rented. We realize how precious a beach vacation is, and work tirelessly to ensure our units are spotlessly clean, up to date and well maintained. This unit was professionally decorated with high end appliances, a 65" Smart flat screen TV in the den with 46 in TV's in the 2 king bedrooms and a 32" TV in the other bedroom. Patio furniture is also brand new with 4 bar stool height chairs and 2 more lounge chairs. You may find a cheaper condo, but you will not find a better balance of quality and price.

Do you hate to wait? You can skip the often long check-in lines at the front desk - we provide you with a door code prior to your arrival so you can get to the beach right away. We've also noticed that after waiting in line to check-in, guests then wait in line to get on the elevator...but with this unit you won't have either of those delays. And with unit 108 having the closest access on the entire property to the lobby, pool and beach, your arrival day can be a 'fun' day too. The unloading area is so close to the front door that our guests can shave an hour off the work of just getting situated.

Our units are tastefully decorated to give our guests the look and feel of staying in a beachfront condo, without overdoing it. Too often we see units that look like a souvenir shop...fun to visit, but overwhelming to the eye. We believe you'll appreciate the added expense we go to in hiring a professional to decorate.

Forget about your worries

My wife, 2 children, friends and their 2 children chose this unit for our September trip. We could not be more thrilled with this wonderful place! The unit is wonderfully decorated. Has modern appliances and awesome HD flatscreen TVs! The living room and all three bedrooms had HD! Awesome! First place I've ever stayed where we were able to watch Blu-Ray movies! We enjoyed that a few nights after our kids had went to bed! We were all thrilled about this unit's proximity! Unit #108 is very close to everything! A step away from the lobby, a step away from the pool and just a few short steps away from the ocean! The trash chute and outdoor grilling were also just a short walk away as well. I've never stayed at a unit so convenient to everything! My family & I and our friends have had an absolute blast staying here! We've already discussed staying here again next year. Our motto is, if it ain't broke don't fix it! This unit is certainly not broke! It's perfect! We also loved the location of the complex. It's just perfectly far away enough from the hustle of Destin, but also close enough that you can take a quick 5 minute drive to Destin for a night out if you wish. We made a few trips into Destin for food & fun, but when you have little ones as we do, it was nice being able to be back to our condo so quickly! Being able to get the kids to bed before they get cranky makes all the difference in the world! All the kids have loved staying here! We hopped back and forth between the ocean and the pool everyday. We've taken lots of pictures and made some great memories while staying here at this place. Hopefully the future will hold more memories here at unit #108 in the Azzure complex!

Beautiful place, perfect for our family

We loved this condo. It was perfect for family. Being on the first floor, gave us great access to the pools and the beach. It is extremely convenient not to have to take elevator or steps when going to and from with little ones.

The condo itself is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. The appliances and electronics are all in great shape and up to date.

You do notice a little first floor noise as mentioned in another review, but our kids had no trouble sleeping through any of it. We did not hear it in the master bedroom.

Brian was excellent to rent from and was available for us when we needed to reach him.

Beautiful Condo BEAUTIFUL resort

We've been coming to Azure for 12 years now and have stayed in several first floor condo's. This condo is beautiful with upscale décor. The beds, living room furniture, kitchen seating, and patio furniture were very comfortable. They had flat screen TV's with cable and blueray players in all 3 bedrooms. The wifi worked great. The washer and dryer were fabulous. The pictures of the condo were exactly as shown. The location to the pool and hot tub was perfect with 3 kids 11 and under. We could sit and have lunch on the patio and still be close enough that the kids could swim. Brian the owner was wonderful to rent from, he was very responsive to all questions.

Azure is a great location b/c you are just outside all the hustle and bustle of Destin yet only 5 mins from the hustle and bustle of Destin, we love it! Azure is very well maintained, the pools are super clean, there are tons of pool chairs to accommodate. The heated pool is nice a warm so no need to worry about cold water. The parking garage is great also!

We felt the only area that could have been improved in the condo itself was the bedding. All the beds had straight sheets and the top comforter, no light weight blanket or extra covers. I personally do not like to snuggle up with the top comforter b/c I know it is not washed on a regular basis nor are they very soft. We ended up going to the store to buy a few throws. We also could have used a few more pillows for the two king beds. Other than that the beds were clean and comfortable, the pillows were comfy.

Being on the first floor, first condo off the lobby, every time someone would go into the lobby from the hall it would create a suction that would rattle the front door to the condo very loudly...at first I thought someone was attempting to open the door. It happens every time and it was very loud. So if you have light sleeping kids keep that in mind!

Also, you should know that this condo does not come with daily beach chairs and umbrellas. Most first floor condo's do come with 2-4 chairs and umbrellas that are set up each day for your personal use (marked with your condo #). This unit did not come with chairs, they were $30 a day.

We've been coming to Azure for 12 years, we always stay on the first floor for convenience. Being on the first floor you do not have a view of the ocean due to the pool area and the sand dunes right off the pool; however you are literally steps from it.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Week in Okaloosa

Our week on the beach was Perfect thanks to Brian the owner. Brian was wonderful to rent from as he is very personable and conscientious of how his properties are kept and it shows . This property is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable in every way and stocked with everything we needed for our stay . Since this unit is ground level we were steps from the pool and beach . The location of this property is within walking distance to the pier, Gulfarium, shops, and restaurants. We look forward to visiting Okaloosa again.

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful and so close to the pool on first floor which was great for us with 3 children 6 and under. Just a few issues. Water heater was way too hot, but owner has been notified and will have it turned down; plug in one of the bathrooms quit working (only plug in that bathroom) but again owner has been notified and will fix.

One thing we missed was having a clock in living room and bedrooms. It's nice to be able to glance up and see time. We always had to have our phones handy or walk into kitchen to look at stove or microwave to see time. Just a thought. All in all we had a wonderful time and the condo is wonderful. 😄

Owner's Response: Wow - thank you so much for taking the time to write a nice review. We especially appreciate knowing about the water being too hot. We had a contractor install a new heating element in the tank over the winter and didn't know he turned it up too high! I saw the utility bill recently and wondered why it was more than our other units. I'd like you to know we fixed the bathroom outlet. The outlet itself has a breaker which was stuck in the off position. A few quick cycles between on/off fixed it. We'll probably just replace it in the off season. As for clocks...that's a constant debate for us. We have them in 118 and people keep unplugging them. Why? We can only guess that some guests don't like the small amount of light they emit. So we're still undecided on the need to add them! Please come stay with us again. We'll be enhancing the "coastal" feel of #108 with some additional decorations this year and we have a new unit - #312 opening soon that will be built out to the same high standards and will add an additional room with a bunk bed - perfect for families with growing needs. Or step up to one of our huge 2000 sq ft 4 bedroom units (118 & 401) if you want to share a condo with another family and want lots of space.

Beautiful unit

My family and I spent a week vacation at this property and it's was absolutely beautiful with upscale decor. This unit has the best and newest amenities you could imagine.

(New flat screen tv's,surround sound, wifi,etc...)Pool and beach just steps away from this unit!

The owners were a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be staying at this unit again.
