This is unit Hokulani 142 at Honua Kai. My cancellation policy is incorrectly stated as no refund. Please see my description below for my cancellation refund policy.

NEW: This unit now features a queen plus size comfort sleeper living room sofa bed. This luxurious sleeper sofa has solid platforms that provide even support with no bars, no springs, and no sagging and features a full 80" length of sleeping surface. Our sleeper sofa is more comfortable, longer, and 6" wider than the standard Honua Kai sofa bed. So now all our guests, regardless of where they sleep, can rest comfortably.

ABOUT THIS CONDO: This unit is a 2 bed / 1 bath condo. It is located in Hokulani tower (facing my other units in the Konea tower). Like my others, it is in the heart of Honua Kai Resort on the GROUND floor. This condo includes everything you could possibly want for a time away from home. Smack dab in the middle of Honua Kai, it offers less neighborly foot traffic than inner courtyard units, and has the extra convenience of just walking out of the lanai and being just a quick minute away from the resorts many pools and the amazing Dukes Restaurant. Just outside the room to this condo is the Hokulani fish pond with morning fish feedings and the wonderful Aina Gourmet Market and Cafe.

Our condo, Honua Kai Unit # Hokulani 142 is a brand new super clean, 950 square foot (plus 190 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR hotel condominium. Honua Kai condo's and the resort offers many wonderful modern amenities. And just when you could not ask for more, many extra personal touches from a proud owner are visible in the condo such as iHome alarm clocks, upgraded tv in living, keyed lanai, vitamix blender, Amazon Echo with Spotify music, bathroom dryer rack, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play with a 3" thick mattress, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

The family friendly Ground Floor units include many bonuses not offered on any of the floors above. Extra tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the after market keyed Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. The lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the resort and a peak of the West Maui mountains.

With a king Bed with luxurious linens in the master, and a gigantic Full over Full Bunk Bed in the second bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room this condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for up to 6 adults. Each bedroom and living have their own HD flat screen TV's and cable. In addition, the living room features a wall mounted 65" 4k smart TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge.

Why Brandon Mullenberg chose West Maui

We love Maui and after staying at Honua Kai Resort for the first time in 2009, we fell in love with this place. It was perfect for us. We have always struggled to find a nice condo with all the amenities we were looking for. Honua Kai Resort was the answer for us and that was what initially brought me to purchase my first condo at Honua Kai. Since then I have purchased 5 more ground floor units and now have 6. In my opinion ground floor units are the most convenient and the absolute best. They have quick and easy access to the outside, the pool, and everything else. We just love this place.

Amazing Stay!

Our family of five had a great time at Honua Kai. The resort was amazing and the unit had everything we needed, from beach chairs to coolers. Monty, the property manager, responded to any questions quickly and the owner was great to work with. The location was great and let us go to North or South towns easily. I'd highly recommend this unit and property and my family had a great time exploring Hawaii, hanging by the multiple pools and BBQing. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for families

We rented two of Brandon's ground units which was absolutely perfect for two families with kids. The kids could easily walk between the units and to the pool. The units were super clean and well stocked with everything you need for your stay in Maui. This was my first time renting a ground unit and Im hooked. It felt much more spacious then a typical condo because of how it opens up onto the porch and large grass area. Brandon was great to work with. Excellent communication throughout the process and he provides all the information you will need including good recommendations (not just the typical tourist spots) prior to your trip.

Highly reccomend

This is our second time staying in Brandon's condo. My husband and I and our 3 1/2 year old son love it! Its clean and very spacious. Our son loves his room with the bunk bed. The kitchen is great. The condo comes with tons of beach toys( which is great so we dont have to buy them) towels and beach chairs. The condo opens up to a huge sprawling green lawn that is perfect for running. The pool is literally a hop, skip and jump away. The manger Monty couldnt be more helpful and fabulous. We had a few things come up and not only did he get right back to me but the issues were dealt with within the hour! This place feels like a home while we are there. We hope to be back every year!

Highly recommend!

We stayed here February 2017 with four adults and two infants. It was a fantastic place especially with kids, as the pools and grounds are very family friendly. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time! This unit is a quick walk to the pools and beach. It is also located close to the elevator for the parking garage, the trash take out, and not far from the lobby of the property. It is probably one of the best locations on the property. Although it was close to these things, it was not at all noisy. The unit was equipped with several beach chairs, boogie boards, pool towels, some snorkel gear, beach toys and pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, appliances, and utensils. In addition to a kitchen table and chairs, the patio has another set of table and chairs with a nice view. There are a few pools and hot tubs on the property and a water slide. Most of the pools were 3-4 feet deep and many of them had baby areas, which made it easier to watch kids. There is nice landscaping and plenty of lounge chairs which made it nice for adults. There were a few outdoor showers to help wash off sand from the beach. There is also a nice boardwalk near the beach that extends over several properties for walkers and joggers to enjoy. The property is not far from Lahaina so there is a lot to do nearby. There are several TV stations including kids stations on the three TVs. We were also able to sign into Netflix, etc.. The property owner left a packet of instructions, things to do, etc. that was lengthy and helpful. There is also a local property manager to help with any needs. Both the owner and the manager were in touch with us to make sure that our stay was great. We had such a fun week!
