Amazing time at the lake. It was pretty much
last minute booking for the Labor day, not many options to choose from, but Im glad we did find this house. The views were amazing! The lake was just perfect and I can only imagine how it looks like in the fall or winter.. the house was clean and cozy. Everything was provided from linens to coffee and even fresh eggs! Thank you for sharing your home! Would love to come back in the future!
Comfortable house, excellent swimming
Great place for a family weekend
While the weather didn’t cooperate, our group had a fantastic time. Boating and fishing right on the private lake with trout fishing access a few blocks over. For the few questions we had, Mary answered the phone on the first ring...every time. Phenomenal hostess.
Lots of hiking trails and campgrounds nearby. The town of roscoe has some neat activities to check out. Beautiful, spacious home with jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Kitchen updated from pictures in listing with stainless steel appliances. We look forward to staying with you again!
Clean, spacious, so much fun!
My friends and I had a great stay at Mary’s house! The property is very clean with a great campfire backyard, grill and a huge deck. The direct private lake access was awesome and we spent the weekend on the water paddling, floating and swimming around the dock. The water is muddy looking but was still refreshing to swim in and there is a gazebo to hang inside for shade. Mary was very communicative, even as we lost power for a night due to a large thunderstorm. The town of Roscoe is charming and we enjoyed the Roscoe Beer Company and visiting Buck Brook Alpacas. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot for any large group!
a very nice house
Mary's house was great, there was plenty of room for all of the family. She communicated very well and lots of things were labeled to help us out. The kids loved the lake, her garden ponds and the fire pit.
Relaxing and fun weekend getaway
Great place to stay with young kids, 2 families. We had fun even in the rain. The lake is across a little dirt road, with boats and kayaks. The grill and fire pit were easy to use. There was a river a close drive by to picnic at. Highly recommended.
Bever kill river is with in walking distance for fishing swimming or tubing
The lake is spring fed and beautiful for swimming, water shoes are recommended. No motorized vehicles in the lake, no quads allowed on the property. You may fish in the lake, but it is a catch and release body of water.
