Upper deck has table and chairs and fantastic views. Lower level: 3 bedrooms. 2 baths. Lower covered deck has hammock chairs. Less than 200 feet to beach access. Well equipped kitchen with seating for all. Private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys as well a fish cleaning table for your catch of the day.

In Season: Sunday-Sunday rental.

About Alex Stefanelli

My family travels all around the US and has found Emerald Isle to be a hidden gem. We are from Douglassville, Pennsylvania and have 2 children and 1 dog who all love the Outer Banks. On most days at the beach, you will find our son and daughter in the ocean, while our dog is digging in the sand. When not at the beach, my husband works too much, and my children are involved in too many activities. I look forward to when our family can slow down and enjoy a vacation on Emerald Isle.

Beautiful home with great acess to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home has lots of room with all the amenities you could need. The beach can be accessed by a short foot bridge just across the street from the house,and there is a beautiful view from the top deck. We had such a good time that we ended up extending our stay, for which Alex was very accomodating. Highly recommended this property!

We had a nice long weekend getaway. House was clean, nice updates, and conveniently located near the beach. Emerald Isle is serene and relaxing!! We spent a lot of time listening to the ocean on the front porch!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. You could tell there was a little age on the property but the upstairs has been updated. There were wonderful views and 2 beach accesses very close by. The place is even pet friendly.
