2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, 6 bed lakeside cottage, steps away from the water
Quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, fully furnished two-level cottage, newly remodeled--steps away from Seneca lake and 76 feet of rock shoreline beach lake frontage. Spend your days on the nearby wine trails, come home to a quick swim and a gorgeous Seneca Lake sunset, skip some rocks, and enjoy a picnic and the firepit on the waterfront brick patio.
When you finally retire for the night, there's plenty of room for resting up for your next day of relaxation with 6 available beds. There is a King bed with room for a crib in the Master, two twin beds in the other bedroom, a pull-out queen in the living room, and two daybeds on the sun porch. Enjoy the gas grill, hardwoods downstairs, new carpeting upstairs, with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is a window AC unit in the Master if you require it, but with ceiling fans in all rooms and the lake breeze, you'll be hard-pressed to close the windows!
A 15 minute ride to Geneva, 30 minutes to Ithaca, 5 minutes to Ovid, and 5 minutes to the nearest winery, Zugibe. Also located only a five minute drive to Sampson State Park and Marina, where you can launch your boat, picnic or fish, or you can directly access the myriad of hiking/walking/bike paths right from the cottage, and access the basketball and tennis courts in the Park. Additionally, there is a boat launch and playground just a few doors down which is exclusively accessible to the Lake Shore Landing community. In the winter, its a snowshoeing and cross country skiing paradise. Be sure to check out the Seneca Lake White Deer in the fenced in old Army depot nearby on Route 96A.
Please note there is no dock on the property, but you may use the nearby private boat launch for pulling your boat in and out daily.
Unfortunately, there are no parties or gatherings allowed by guests- no smoking, no pets and no tenants over 8 people (charge for extra over 6).
Will consider less than 3 night minimum if your dates are filling space between longer stays. Please inquire.

The house was nice and clean, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Pretty good location between Geneva and Watkins Glen. Did wish it had a dock though!
Beautiful cottage on Seneca Lake!
This is a lovely get-away cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. Furnishings were comfortable and appealing without being fussy. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen furnished with all the amenities. Nearby were swimming beaches and playgrounds. It's easy to put in a canoe right from the yard. Wineries and produce stands were only a short drive away. Watkins Glen Gorge is a 45 min. drive and restaurants and shopping in Geneva were closer than that. I recommend it highly for one or two families. I wish we could have stayed longer!
My husband, parents, and I stayed at this cute little cottage on Seneca Lake. The house was very clean and updated (aside from no A/C in main part of house... it wasn't needed with breeze off of lake). We had access to a LOT of wineries, distilleries, and breweries located very close by. It is very close to Geneva, which had biking trails, food stores, and restaurants. I would definitely come here again!
Grand kids first words were, "Ah, cool!"
Our first Grandma/Pop-Pop, sleep away camp for us and 4 grand kids. Perfect spot. Water, sun - and a washer/dryer for me. We loved the location. Made trips to Watkins Glen and Corning. Two days to the beach at Sampson State Park rounded out the week. The boys loved the beds downstairs while we and our granddaughter had the upstairs. House was very clean and comfortable. Came with most everything we needed. I brought more groceries than I needed as there are many options for shopping within 15 minutes drive. Next time I won't bother to pack groceries - just have my list. Kids are already planning to come back with us next year. Thank you.
Lovely, clean lake cottage
We enjoyed our stay for four days at this lovely place. There were four adults and plenty of room for all of us to have our space. Place was very clean and had every thing you needed to enjoy your stay. With so much to do in the fingerlakes and the Geneva area, having no wifi was not even noticed. Even in late July the breeze was amazing and opening the windows kept the place very cool in the evening. The waterfront area was very nice, some of us went swimming and there wasn't much seaweed to worry about. Very quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay here again on our next adventure.

This cottage was lovely, and quiet, and had everything we needed. Owner is very responsive. Will definitely rebook next summer.
Right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, a few miles from the nearest winery. No dock on the property, but nearby a private community launch for pulling your boat in and out. Tons of seasonal farm stands for stocking the fridge, and located closest to Geneva, NY end of the lake for tons of restaurants and shops.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Extra charge of $25/person per night over 6 tenants-maximum of 8. Renters must sign a separate lease agreement and provide a drivers license, as well as names and ages of all guests. Minimum renter age is 25. Tenants agree to follow all house rules and recognize that this property is in private community run by a Homeowner's Association and all rentals are subject to the HOA rules, which will be provided upon request and/or upon booking confirmation. There is NO dock at property. No parties, events, smoking, or pets allowed on property.
