Great little cabin
Over all we loved the cabin. However it could use a few minor adjustments or additons. Another towel rack in bathroom, bathmats and front door mat inside, and some food and water dishes for the dog. None of these made a huge impact on our stay, I think it would help woth the over all care of the cabin and comfort of the guest. Thank you so much for our stay, we look forward to coming back in spring, and possibly summer.
Friendly and cozy!
All very friendly and clean except the internet!
We are sorry to see this guest had internet issues and wish they had called for assistance.
The cabin was old school and loved that part.
But absolutely NO wifi, was warned it was spotty! The thing that really bothered us and was gross was the ankle high water in the bath tub! Was not pleasant !! And when you flush the toilet the tub drain gurgle! Fix those issues and we would stay again, but still grossed out by the tub?
We will have a plumber to the house to check the drain and toilet. Thank you!
Weekend at Washoe Cabin
My husband and I live in Davis so we drive to Tahoe for hikes occasionally. We rented this house for a weekend vacation with my mother while she was visiting CA. We also brought our two dogs. Its a great location for seeing Lake Tahoe for the first time. The house was super clean and comfortable. The location is great, we actually walked to Heavenly Village and the casinos and the trailheads to a couple of our favorite hikes are easy driving distance. The fireplace provides all the heat but it was more than sufficient and nice to spend time by. The internet was not functional for us but we didn't really need it. Overall the rental was ideal for our needs.
great location lousy wi fi
We have been coming to Spruce Grove for three years now and, while we love the place and the area, I am always let down by the non existent wi fi , I have to resort to a phone hotspot.
Good clean dog friendly spot
Great location for winter or summer. We BBQ one night and had everything we needed. The only down fall is the wifi. If you are going on the weekend the whole place only has enough banwidth for about one group. So bring your own hot spot if you need reliable internet. Next time we visit his spot we are going to rent the whole place out!!!
