This unit is on the 9th floor of the 10 story Blue Surf with only 4 large condos on the floor. The unit has a great open floor plan with incredible ocean views from almost every room.
All 3 bedrooms are large (196sqft, 180sqft, 144sqft) with attached bathrooms and closets. All bedrooms have flat-screen tv's with cable access and wireless Internet is accessible from every room including the patio. Seating in the family area for everyone with a big screen LCD. Kitchen with bar and dining table allows seating for everyone for meals and hanging out.
Includes storage closet with beach toys, blankets, chairs....everything you need on vacation.
The building has tennis, workout room, club room, heated pool, grills, shuffleboard, library and covered garage for this unit. All the amenities you need.
Only 1 hour from Orlando for a easy day trip to all the resorts. Close to all the shopping and fun of the Daytona boardwalk but still far enough to be the peaceful retreat. Boondock's, Deck Down Under, Sunglow Pier, Aunt Catfish's famous Sunday brunch....close to a lot of very good restaurants to get out a for a nice dinner or low-key tank-top meal.
Our family lives in Lawrenceville, GA and has vacationed with our extended family in the Daytona Beach area for many years.

We have rented in the Blue Surf for 20 years from our parents starting with a unit way back. The property is fully renovated from the lobbies to the pool and is kept up as you would expect from monthly rental owners. More care is taken here since weekly rentals aren't turned over every Saturday.
The condo is large and the deck is huge. The sunrise in the morning over the ocean is 2nd only to the incredible sunset over the river from your front patio. The no-drive beach keeps you close to all the benefits of Daytona Beach but far enough to enjoy the tranquility.
What a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The condo is spectacular and super clean.
It is decorated with well appointed furniture and has lots of space through out. The view from the balcony is incredible with gorgeous sunsets. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo comes with beach chairs, umbrella and toys! The pool was a nice change of pace and we particularly enjoyed using the outdoor grills to eat poolside on a couple of nights. Nice restaurants nearby and some are even within walking distance. Owners were a pleasure to work with and were eager to make our stay absolutely perfect! We will be back again!
Me and two friends spent the most pleasurable month ever!!! The beach and pool are great and the residents very friendly. Even through the ongoing replacing of patio doors and not being able to enjoy our ocean view balcony except for the first 3 days of our stay, we had access to the streetside balcony that provided us with a view of the Halifax river and it was very enjoyable. Construction started at 8:45 am and ended at 5:00 pm and during that time we were somewhere else, either walking on the beach or shopping and sightseeing so it did not bother us that much. The owners are very nice and we appreciated being able to stay there. The place is clean and very comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

I never want to visit the same place twice as I am a "been there, done that" kind of person. However, this place is so incredible that I know we want to come back next year. It has everything you need for a large family to enjoy many happy days on the beach together. First, the view is breathtaking. I love having my morning coffee on the huge balcony. Next, it is tastefully decorated and very spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy when needed. Also, the owners provided everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The place has all the amenities- wireless internet, tv's in the living room and every bedroom, a small weight room, a nice pool which is kept clean, and gas grills. Parking is easy and there are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We also paddle boarded and saw the manatees and dolphins! It truly was the best vacation we have had in years! Thank you very much, Ryan and Jill, for sharing this extraordinary place with us.
