A nice place but could use a little work

I stayed in this condo for a month in July, and would give it a B-plus. My wife would probably give it a B. The place could use a little more furniture (like one more end table in the master bedroom and a chest of drawers there), a bit more lighting and some better plugs in the master bedroom. Also, if you have a large car, you're going to have a very tough time parking in the garage space. We have a Lexus SUV RX and scraped one side of the car and dented a bumper on the other. You'd be better off parking in the guest spots that are very near the condo unless you have a smaller car.

That said, we enjoyed our stay. The absolute best thing about the condo is Pam the manager. She could not have been more helpful. When the

wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived on a Saturday, she had Cox Cable technicians out first thing Monday morning, and we had no further problems. Except for a couple of light bulbs burning out in the dining room fixture, we had no issues during the month. I thought it was a good value for being in such a high-end area.

Awesome rental in a beautiful area.

Our family spent three weeks at the property. Upon arrival, we noticed that it was in immaculate condition. The manager Pam was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Pam and the property.

Great Condo in Laguna Niguel

I stayed in this condo for over 2 months, February and March. I felt like I lucked out! The condo is roomy, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient. 2 miles down the hill to the PCH and the ocean, close to a great walk on the Aliso Canyon Trail, near restaurants, Costco, Target and Trader Joes. There is a nice east facing view of the hills and the sunrise. It was quiet and I felt very safe, since I was alone most of my stay. Pam was very responsive to all my questions and needs. The pool area is nice and the grounds are well kept up. The only drawback that I could find is that the garage is narrow and parking my mid size SUV in there was tricky. I hope I get to return in the future and stay in this condo again!!

Very clean comfortable condo.

The condo was well maintained and spacious. The smoke alarms went off the first day but the owner took care of the situation immediately and had new batteries installed. Great customer service! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated a garage, especially since it rained all night long the first night we were there. We also liked the fact that the dining room table seated 6 people since we had family over for Christmas.

Condo in

The Condo was excellent, plenty of room for the four of us. Extra towels and blankets. The place was clean and well organized with plenty of dishes, appliances and silverware. The area was quiet, relaxing and sleeping came easily. Pam was very attentive and responded to our questions quickly. The only complaint is the garage, we travel in a full size van and parking was very tight. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay for our family during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Pam is very sweet and easy to work with.

Pam is very accommodating and the bedrooms a good size my 3 teenagers shared the twin beds bedroom and had plenty of space.
