This brand new Vancouver 2 bedroom apartment is located a quick 10-15 minute cab ride from the airport and a 7 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. Nestled in one of the most desirable areas in Vancouver, the Main street neighbourhood has become a destination for many Vancouverites and tourists alike. With a plethora of restaurants, bars, art galleries, antique shops and boutiques that are located there, this apartment offers all the comforts of home, along with all the conveniences of a busy metropolitan city steps from your door. This apartment is in a fully renovated heritage home on a tree lined, quiet neighbourhood street. (Every restaurant, bar and boutique in the photos is within a 1-8 minute walk from the suite, and I could have added another 30 more, but VRBO only allows 24 photos! This area is PACKED with great spots to eat, drink and shop in!) It is a garden level suite with an ample kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer. Not only is the space well equipped to accommodate 4 people, it is walking distance to countless bars, restaurants and boutiques along Main street. There is even a bank and pharmacy (large Shoppers Drug Mart) a half a block away. It is located in the middle of 3 different coffee shops, and the grocery store is only 4 blocks away. Bus line is a half block away. Within the suite is a binder that we have taken the time to create for the benefit of our guests, which contains information and suggestions on where to park, shop, eat, drink, socialize, swim and play in the area. New, Clean, and great location, what else could you ask for in beautiful Vancouver?

We are a family of 4 who live in the upstairs suite of this newly renovated heritage home. Larry is a realtor specializing in Vancouver real estate, and I am a stay at home mom.

Why heidi chose Vancouver

The location is really the best part of this property. Main street has transformed over the last few years into a vibrant, colourful, 'happening' place filled with hundreds of restaurants, bars and boutiques. We simply go for a stroll outside our door and we have countless options available to us for entertainment, food and shopping.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is also very central for getting around Vancouver from this location. We are a 5-10 minute cab ride to anywhere downtown, and the sky train (also called to RAV line) is about a 15 minute walk away, and that will take you to every corner of the city. We are also a half hour drive from the local ski mountain (Grouse Mountain) and a 1.5 hour drive from Whistler Blackcomb mountain.

Heidi's place was great. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Everything was newly renovated and the place was very tastefully decorated. With two bedrooms and two large beds, the space was a perfect size for 4 people and a baby. Heidi was a warm and welcoming host, and this was the perfect place to come home to and relax after a tiring day.

Attention to every detail!

Though small, this space packs a big punch! Heidi has covered every detail - fresh pastries, coffee, tea, real cream and wine upon arrival. Meticulously clean throughout with delightfully comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious and loaded with all kinds of things you may have forgotten - better stocked than any hotel room I've been in! She truly has thought of everything. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay outside of downtown or more congested areas.

We loved our stay. Heidi's place is such a great location, close to great shops and restaurants. Heidi's lil touches really made us feel like home. We had another couple with us and never felt cramped

Great stay

Heidi's suite was very nicely appointed with everything a person could need like towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, snacks, milk, butter, bread - the list goes on! There were so many extra touches that just went the extra mile like maps of all the local restaurants and shops with menus included. Thank you for everything!

Cute place, great location!

The Sophia suite is absolutely darling and very well located. Three 30 something adults stayed in the unit for a week with plenty of space and storage.

But the best part is definitely the neighborhood! The closeness of quaint shops and restaurants is great for chill nights. It's also just a short bus ride to downtown, the mountains, or the ocean.

Location ..Charm....Convenience

We recently stayed at this lovely property. There was four of us--my husband and I and our son and his wife. The location is on a lovely tree lined street and is the downstairs separate apartment in a wmcharming house. The suite is very private and is a cute 2 bedroom place. The flooring is beautiful and aside from being super clean, the kitchen had everything you need. Every morning, we just walked to amazing coffee cafes and there was an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. There were cute boutiques that I shopped in as well. It was a convenient home base if you want to sight see in Vancouver as well. The owner, Heidi, was wonderful to work with! Loved our stay there!
