About the property

5 Bedrooms, 2 and a half Bathrooms (Sleeps 12)

The Creekside Lodge is a quaint cabin built in 1956. This is a small tri-level 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath Lodge located on a quiet cul-de-sac street. It is adjacent to one of our other properties - the Swiss Chalet. If you have a large group and want to book two cabins right next to each other, this is a great opportunity.

Entry level: Kitchen, dining and living area all together with wood burning stove and flat screen TV. The living space is cozy and quaint with the peninsula counter top doubling as the dining room table. 2 small guest rooms on main level. Guest room 1 has a queen size bed. Guest room 2 has a full size bed. Full bath on the main level. Large deck off the kitchen with view of the forest and your own apple tree to enjoy. BBQ on the deck.

Upper level: Guest room 3 has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. Guest room 4 has a bunk bed with 2 twins beds and a separate twin size bed. Bathroom with shower on the upper level.

Lower Level: Guest room 5 with a built-in queen size bed. Room also has a pool table, bar and 60" built-in TV. Laundry room with a half bath located on the lower level.

The Creekside Lodge has wall heaters, but no air conditioning.

Outside: In addition to the large deck, there is a fenced backyard with a bocce ball court. The end of the street is open to the forest...great for kids to play. There is a seasonal creek that runs behind the property. Short walk from the property to a nice hike through the Dogwood Campground.

Maximum occupancy 10 guests per County code enforcement. Maximum parking 3 vehicles.

Pets allowed with a $75 pet fee.

About Grant Dunning

We love to escape to Lake Arrowhead as much as possible. All 4 seasons have something unique to offer and we love spending time in the mountains and the lake with our kids and dogs.

Why Grant Dunning chose Inland Empire

5 bedrooms spread out on 3 levels works great for multiple couples or larger groups. Game room with pool table and large deck with bocce ball court in the backyard is great for entertainment. Short drive to the Village at Lake Arrowhead and a short hike to Dogwood Canyon Campgrounds.

What makes this house unique

The large deck in the backyard is great for relaxing. For entertainment you have the outdoor bocce ball court and inside you have the pool table and bar on the lower level.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We lucked out with some perfect weather for the holiday. Storm came through and gave sledding and snowball fights right out the front door. Grant's properties are all solid. This one is cozy and clean. We were a family of 4. Pool room bedroom was the favorite for the kids to play while the parents relaxed in the living room and kitchen area. Check in and out was so easy. Thanks Grant!
