This home has been completely remodeled and features a brand new, fully outfitted, gourmet kitchen, open living with lots of water view windows upstairs and downstairs.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed for the kids. The master bedroom is downstairs with its own bath and luxurious king size bed. The upstairs features a large double sink bathroom with a combination tub/shower. For additional sleeping space, the couch in the living room folds out to a queen size bed and can sleep two more guests.

A beautiful rock gas fireplace makes for a cozy living room. The huge 60 inch HDTV mounted above the fireplace will provide lots of entertainment for all with a charter cable package and a small collection of DVD videos. The home is also set up with free wi-fi for the guests. Two sliding glass doors provide gorgeous water and mountain views and lead into a good size back yard perfect for entertaining and summertime fun. The patio is set up with a table, chairs and a gas BBQ. A gate leads to the private boat dock, so bring your boat or jet skis. The home also supplies a pedal boat for guests to enjoy the calm lagoons in the Tahoe Keys neighborhoods.

Located in the Tahoe Keys, you will enjoy close access to both indoor and outdoor pools, beach and play area for the kids and tennis courts. Bike rentals, biking and hiking trails are located within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. You'll also be close to Heavenly Valley and Sierra At Tahoe Ski Areas.

Wonderful house. Incredible place to stay and play

We arrived at the house and the owners left wonderful instructions. The amenities were perfect and the house updated. It was perfect for us. We really lucked out on the weather and the views of the mountains and the lake are awesome. Thank you!!!

Great location

We are very happy with the home. It had everything we needed in terms of linen, bathroom and kitchen supplies. The location is great. It is close to grocery and other shopping, but it is far enough from the hustle bustle. It is very close to the gondola rides and other scenic vista points. It is in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. We had kids who were sometimes loud but we didn't have any issues. Overall a great vacation. My only complaint is against VRBO. They have instituted a policy of collecting service fee on the booking. Which is a percentage of the total booking. So if you put a refundable deposit of 500 or $1000, the service fee can run into the mid $100s or higher. Considering the fine line that separates a hotel vs VRBO rental, I would likely go for hotels (suites?) instead of VRBO in future. I hope they do away with the service fee. Again, this is nothing against this property, it is VRBO wide policy. The property itself is awesome and the hosts are very prompt in responding if needed.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The property is clean, well stocked and very close to the essentials. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the backyard is amazing as well, you can see the mountains and it was very serene on a Friday afternoon. This place would be great for both the summer and the winter. Inside the house we found a nice clean kitchen with a huge tv in the living room with lots of channels. The kids were able to find something they enjoy watching when not in the backyard playing with the snow. Overall experience is wonderful, will definitely try to get the same property if available.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a great location

This was a great and comfortable place to stay and super convenient to local restaurants, shops, and heavenly. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to South Lake Tahoe.
