Great location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoy our stay. Good location to downtown Park City. We stayed in summer, there is a hiking trail right across street from condo. Great views of Park City and Jordanelle. The area is quiet and place has everything you need. We would definitely rent again.

Adequate property but some aspects misrepresented

  • 3 of 5

We have a few years experience with VRBO, about 7 total rentals in that time. All have been well reviewed by me and I believe all property owners have been fine with me. This property, I'm sorry to say, did not live up to our expectations. We would consider renting again but only with much lower expectations. There are two glaring misrepresntations: 1) Location misrepresented: If you click on "location" map, it shows a totally inaccurate location very close to a ski lift. In fact the property is at least a half mile from a lift. If you ski Deer Valley you know this makes a big difference. After I made the reservation for this property and was given the address of the property and discovered the inaccuracy I notified I was assured that they would make a correction and I'm sorry to say after many months they still list the location improperly. This leads me to conclude that the "mistake" is very likely intentional. Renter beware! 2) Secondly, the property is listed as "4 bedroom" even though one of the bedrooms is more like a den with see-through french doors and a daybed/pullout. I have never seen another property listed as a bedroom that looked like this. A representative at Vacasa was helpful in pointing this out prior to our arrival but I do believe it is not fair to list this as a true bedroom. In addition to the misrepresentations the property had a few problems such as no heat on the second floor/bedroom the first night (indoor temp on second floor was in the 50's in the bedrooms, no garage door opener clicker and no manual garage switch near the door. Maybe just back luck by us. The helpfull property manager did take care of these problems but the first night was a bit chilly. Also dishware had stains that caused us to use dishwasher to re-clean most dishes to remove stains and smell. On the plus side the property was pleasant, clean and functional for our group of 6. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. The hot tub was nice. Good view out the great room windows. There are not many properties of this size and price in the area so with lowered expectiations this still might work for you.

Great Ski Rental

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time in the house. It was a perfect setup for two adult couples and some kids. The hot tub was in great condition and the house had everything you really needed. The gas fire starter for the wood-burning fireplace was a good touch as well.

pretty but a few things wrong

  • 1 of 5

We stayed there this summer. There is no air conditioner!!!! It wasn't obvious on the website. We thought," ok then we will open the windows to cool the place at night with the cool mountain air". Wrong! Half the windows didn't have screens and the ones that did were warped and didn't fit the window right. We got mosquitoes and bugs from the windows being open. We called the managing company at least 5 times each time they said they were working on it.. They said they were going to bring us fans. No one every showed up!!!!!! We bought food to toast... the toaster didn't work. The oven was filthy and didn't cook stuff well... either over done or undercooked. The whole point of going to VRBO with a family is to cook. The sheets were really rough and the beds were mushy. Aesthetically it is a nice looking place in a beautiful location, but they didn't really care about our concerns and not everything worked. Maybe it would be better in the winter. It was pretty hot during the day and at night. It would be nice if we could have got some of our money back. When you pay that much per night you expect things to work. At least with a hotel someone is there to fix it for you. These people gave a lot of lip service on the phone but did nothing.... that is why I can only give it one star.
