This four-bedroom, three-bath Sunriver rental property is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. Complete with its own private hot tub, 10 unlimited use passes to SHARC, and two living rooms, this home may be the most memorable part of your vacation!

This house is about 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor for the ultimate skiing and snowboarding adventures, and close to the Village at Sunriver where you can peruse the shops, grab a snack at one of the many restaurants and cafes, or try out their seasonal ice skating rink. For the golf lovers in the family, Woodlands Golf Course is about a mile away. Even closer to home are the community's tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

The tour of this spacious home begins with a living area featuring a sectional sofa, a stone fireplace, and a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The second living space may be a great place for the kids to hang out. This room has a comfortable leather sofa, luxurious reclining chairs, and another television. It also features deck access through glass sliding doors.

When it's time to gather for dinner, the spacious dining area and big wooden table offer space for everyone. The updated kitchen has just about everything you'd need to whip up a batch of cookies or fry up your favorite white fish for a delicious meal, including an electric glass-top stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a handy dishwasher.

Retreat to one of the four fabulous bedrooms when it's finally time to rest. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a big built in desk surrounded by windows, as well as a flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms also have king beds, with one offering its own en suite bathroom. The last bedroom will be a great place for the kids, as it has two bunk beds, one with a futon as the bottom bunk. This home has two additional full-sized baths for your convenience.

Extra amenities of this home include a washer and dryer, private outdoor hot tub on the deck, WiFi, cable, and access to the pool. This home also allows up to two dogs, so don't leave your four legged friends behind; they are welcome for an additional $10 per day fee (with a $40 minimum per stay)!

Good home, but garbage and carpets an issue-A 6 or 7.

Great house and location, but garbage was overflowing on arrival and carpets and rugs were dirty, as all guests noted this. Toilet paper coiuld use an upgrade.

Owner's Response: The carpets are scheduled to be cleaned this fall as well as a deep clean for the unit. We pick up trash twice a week, but we are happy to do an additional trash pick-up if our guests call. Thanks!

Beware of bicycles

I like the location of the house. It is a one minute walk to the North Store and has a couple tennis courts very close. This house is pet-friendly which always makes me wary about cleanliness, but there was only a slight pet smell in the front bedroom area. The walls were a bit dirty, but expected in a pet friendly home. The home was plenty spacious fitting three kids and six adults very well. Be aware that the bikes are not maintained and if you choose to use them, bring your helmets from home! I fell off one with a lose chain.

Sunriver stay

Okay at best.

We were so excited to come here and the virtual tour made it look it's best of course. The location is good. The house is roomy. The reason we won't ever pick this place again is that eventhough it cost us over 2K for 4 days it was uncomfortable in the sense that it felt dirty. Kitxhen: It was minimally clean for starters. The dishwasher smelled and later we could see it just doesn't clean that well. The mix matched silverware was sketchy and needed to be inspected along with the cooking utensils. There was dried food in the pots and pans and every glass/cup needed rewashing. Bedding was horrible. The BBQ was filthy and the plastic table outside was dirty too with sticky stuff and food particles. It's annoying that I had to clean them so we could dine outside. Especially since guests are charged the "cleaning fee".

Bedding: Clearly they picked the lowest budget very dark colors becaise they don't clean them. The VACASA gal even told me (when I asked about it) "we get then drycleaned about twice a year". I wash my own bedding more than that and I'm the only one that uses it! I told the kids to make sure the blankets never touched their faces when they went to bed.

I parked my car on the far right side of the driveway to avoid the dripping sap from the dying tree on the left. I didn't notice the long sharp branch poking out and it managed to scratch my car. Kind of annoying that they don't clear the 2 car driveway for guests. All I got was a sorry.

Bikes: Another disappointment. Dot. Let the pics fool you. We ended up having to rent.

Overall, it was just sort of disappointing. The whole house screams out Goodwill and if you add the sketch cleanliness, bad bikes, I know we'll be choosing someplace else to stay next time.
