About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Good home for large group or multi family stay!

 • 4 of 5

Clean and comfortable home with Lots of room for a big group. Close to the North store. We enjoyed our stay however outdoor areas need improvement. Specifically they need to replace the outdoor furniture and BBQ. They currently in disrepair.

Roomy and comfortable at 15 Lassen Lane

 • 5 of 5

There were 8 adults staying in the house, and it never felt crowded, other than when more than 3 of us were in the kitchen at that same time. Hot tub was nice and roomy.

Three families smiling

 • 5 of 5

We loved our time in Sunriver. There is also the High desert Museum near by which we loved and Bend is wonderful to visit. The beauty and serenity of the area make us continue to want to come back. Setting up our rental for the week was super easy and the house was spotless and inviting when we arrived. Thank you Vacasa!

It was one of the best rental houses we've stayed since we started traveling 4 winters ago

 • 5 of 5

Very large, and comfortable. All family friends loved the 3 king sized beds and the kiddos had a great time playing on the bunk beds. At first I thought the house layout with two living rooms was odd, but by day two I found the beauty in them and fully appreciated the separate hang out spaces. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well after days on the slopes. The driveway was a bit narrow with the snow around but we were able to get all 4 cars/trucks parked and it ended up working fine. Note to future renters, the kitchen sink has an instant hot water spout, it's not filtered water-ouch. Also the dryer seemed not to work, maybe the vent was blocked by snow??? So a note about that would be helpful. None the less, Great stay!!!

Perfect for two families or with adult "kids"

 • 5 of 5

We stayed at this home on a very snowy week in Sunriver and were happy with the home from the moment we walked in. Four bedrooms two living and TV spaces and a large kitchen table and back deck make this a lovely home for two families to really enjoy hanging out together and having privacy too. I enjoyed the art and books on the shelves, and the huge office in the master bedroom that would make a perfect work or writing retreat. Beds and pillows were top quality, as were the abundance of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was missing some quirky basics like a good salad bowl, cast iron pan or skillet for making pancakes, and wine glasses for the inevitable gatherings that happen in Sunriver. I always leave a bring your own list in my reviews, here's mine: laundry soap and fabric softener, cast iron skillet or griddle, paper napkins/plates, and basket coffee filters (had to use paper towels). Small stuff. The North store is in walking distance. Beware of fees tacked on to the nightly rate by VRBO and Vacasa which effectively almost DOUBLED the "sticker" price without warning or listing the charges, such as: $50 hot tub fee, $50 pet fee, $200 cleaning fee plus other taxes and fees I can't remember totaling over $500. It adds up -- especially for a short stay -- so be aware. However, this house was far from disappointing and I would love to return with some friends and enjoy this space.
