Enjoy a truly memorable vacation on the Oregon Coast in this dog-friendly, cozy ocean cabin. Decked out with a private hot tub, an ocean view, and access to Bayshore Beach Club amenities, you'll be wanting nothing but more time at this rental.
Sitting just two blocks from the beach and a quick two-mile drive from Waldport, this house boasts a quiet, convenient location.
The door opens up to a warm, large room with abundant natural light and plenty of furniture to sprawl out on. The wood stove, exposed timber-beams, and wood walls give this room a cozy feeling you'll appreciate in any weather. A flatscreen, cable TV will keep you entertained on rainy days with a DVD player, and WiFi is available as well.
In the brightly-lit kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook a family meal. With full amenities plus extras such as a blender, mixer, and slow cooker, you might be inclined to make something special, and a dishwasher makes clean-up easy. Eat at the dining table or go outside to watch the waves from the enclosed deck.
Three bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a twin-over-double bunk bed. A sofabed in the living room makes room for a total of nine in this lovely beach house, and the single-floor arrangement makes accessibility easy for elders. The house has two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer to meet all your needs. Bring your family dogs along for a small nightly fee.
Along with a private hot tub, you'll have access to tennis courts and a seasonal shared pool at the Bayshore Beach Club (please note that a small additional fee applies). Of course, the beach is only a short walk away, so take the five beach chairs and find a spot to soak up some sun.
Use your time at Waldport to relax in peace and quiet with your family and friends, or look for some outdoor adventure. Salmon fishing, crabbing, and kayaking are popular activities for the area, with rentals possible at the Dock of Bay Marina and the Kayak Shack. Other options include exploring tide pools at Seal Rock, and hiking in Drift Creek Wilderness Area.
For more classic activities, drive 15 miles north to Newport and check out the aquarium, museums, art galleries, and fresh seafood restaurants. Or head south 13 miles to Cape Perpetua Scenic Area for breathtaking views.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This rental was super clean and well stocked. It was only a few blocks walk to the beach, which is exactly what we were expecting. The layout was good for us- big living room with lots of natural light with two good sized bedrooms and a massive master suite. We used the hot tub every night! One major issue for us, and will only concern families with toddlers, was the overabundance of knickknacks. Every surface has some kind of shell or breakable item (including a glass curio cabinet) all within a toddler's reach. Its all cute stuff, but not relaxing to have around our busy toddler. We were creative and removed what we could and tried to babyproof the rest. Thankfully, we didn't break anything. We probably will not rent this place again until our youngest is much older.
We had a great time! THe house was very neat, there was even soaps for our use.
The location was perfect.
When we stayed July 25th, 26th and 27th we showed up to the cleaning ladies sitting on the porch smoking it looked like. They were waiting for their ride for about an hour while we were there. The hot tub was great. The beds were nice but there was no blinds in the front window they were missing on one side so it lacked privacy. The kitchen sink needs replacing horribly bad and the fridge smelled like fish. We went to pull out the bed in the couch and found wrappers and I also emailed vacasa twice about our stay with some questions and got no reply. Other then that the beach home was in a great quiet location and was safe for kids. However after the unprofessionalism and not even a email back I would choose to not stay here again. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the beach. The kids enjoyed crabbing in the bay.
We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was an amazing experience. Wish the parking had been a bit better, but since we were in two tall trucks that couldn't fit under the carport, the issue was really ours. Didn't have much of a view of the ocean and the walk was a little farther than anticipated, but the beach was beautiful. 7 teenagers, 2 adults. It was amazing.
