Why Brian Ament chose Pequea
I chose to purchase this property because of the location, then I created a masterpiece of a home, that fits into the surroundings.
What makes this House unique
The property intreged me and let my imagination run wild. With its surreal surroundings, the sounds of water in the background all while being secluded in a woodland environment. This property is an extremely rare find!

Cute cottage, kids had a blast outside, husband took a hike behind cottage to susquenna river. Took a ride to lancaster. Took kids to small trails around dam. Very clean house.
Relaxing, family friendly cottage
The pictures don’t do this little cottage justice. The layout is perfect and it is filled with artistic decorations that captured the kids imagination. The kids loved the loft bed and we had plenty of room to relax and hang out. Brian the owner was so receptive and not having to pack towels and sheets made a huge difference. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was so helpful that we didn’t have to eat every meal out. We will be back!
Will probably rent this place again.
A couple of my friends rented this home for a weekend away we do every winter. The home and property were great! The home was private and in immaculate condition! Everything we could have needed was there including games, kitchen items and towels. Very open living room/dining room area with great television, sound system and even Wii! The fire pit area was great and great to hang out at during the day and evening! The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and very fast to respond. He even had someone come and shovel in the morning as we had a little snow during our trip. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property!
Clean and neat
My wife and I loved the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to a wide variety of activities. Right next to some excellent hiking. Would recommend this property and would stay again .
