This home has been in the family for a few generations. Ross' grandfather owned it first, his father was raised in this house and then Ross bought it from his grandfather in the year 2000. It has a classic New England Home cozy feel. We love the midcoast as it offers so much in the way of beauty, activities, great food and all four seasons. We enjoy every season and what it offers here in Maine.
This location is perfect for people wanting to be closer to shops and restaurants versus being farther out in the country. It is also in a quieter area off of Rte. 1 and with a large yard on a corner lot. It is also reasonably priced for people on a budget.
We loved our stay in this house! The owners were wonderful to work with. The house met all our needs and the location is perfect for a base as you go exploring the coast of Maine. We will keep this on our list for future use.
Perfect location, small quaint town, 1800's home right out of a romance novel. Holly and her family were perfect hosts. This was a perfect location to relax, or to get out and sight see. A great place to unwind! I would defiantly recommend you stay here.
Right from the beginning, Holly was very responsive and answered any all questions very quickly. The house was perfect for what we were looking for! It was very clean and comfy. It's really a home! We have 2 children (1.5 year old twins) who had no problem transitioning from our home to Booker Street. It was very close to everything we needed and was really a wonderful stay overall.
We had a wonderful visit. Holly and Ross were great. Their house is conveniently located as to enjoy the many beautiful local attractions. Would definitely stay here again and gladly recommend it to anyone.
