About LuAnn & Larry Boyd

As our sons ventured out on their own, we decided to move into Annapolis to enjoy the walk-ability of such a wonderful, historic town. We love walking downtown (sometimes catching the Circulator Trolley) and sitting outside at one of our many favorite spots. It is such an honor to now share this experience with others. We hope you will love our town as much as we do!

Great House Great Location Great Time

  • 4 of 5

I loved the house and everything it had to offer, its beautiful and the location was great as well. The only thing I had an issue with is that the renters stay on the property during your stay in an apartment attached to the kitchen. This was left out of the rental agreement (slightly misleading). This is the first VRBO where that has happened, just something to be mindful of. Besides that, everything was great.

Owner's Response: Hi Grahame, Thank you for your lovely words about our home! Regarding the apartment, there is a statement on our property description about the apartment which sometimes is occupied by us and others not. Most times we are "out" even if we are staying there and most renters have found it to be a plus to have us nearby if something is needed (once the coffee pot went on strike and I was able to swap it immediately with the one from the apartment!). So happy you all enjoyed your stay anyway! Thanks so much for the feedback. -LuAnn

perfect for a girls weekend/bachelorette

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for a girls weekend with 9 of us. Great location, not really walk able but we did run to the downtown area and we were able to uber without any difficulty. The house is amazing. PLENTY of room, sleeps 10 comfortably. The bathrooms have plenty of room. And that kitchen is great. We cooked in one night and it was perfect and the dinner table fits 10 easily. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home for girlfriends' weekend

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful house was perfect for our girlfriends’ weekend in Annapolis (6 women in our 40s). The porch and living room gave us great spaces to spread out and catch up over wine and cheese. The big kitchen was so well-appointed that we skipped going out to restaurants in the evening and decided just to cook our own dinner so we could continue catching up. We were able to walk downtown to the waterfront for a fun afternoon of shopping and siteseeing (1.5 mile walk or .5 mile walk to the Westin Hotel to pick up the trolley.) There was more than enough space in terms of beds/bathrooms and we had everything we needed.

A great place to stay in Annapolis

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful home close to downtown Annapolis! The pictures do not lie, it is clean and well maintained and the treats that are left for you from a local bakery upon your arrival are delicious. Its a perfect place for a large group of people to stay. With a large kitchen and attached dinning room we never felt crowded when we were all together. There is a large deck with ample seating for everyone and a nice yard for outdoor activities. Although the house is located on a main road you would never know it, the neighborhood is quite and you could rarely hear the traffic buzzing by. Parking was not an issue, there is a side street with plenty of space for multiple cars. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact in both the planning period and during our stay. I would stay here again if I was planning another trip to Annapolis!!
