Beautiful home in quiet centrally located Naples gated community.

This home was the best of many VRBO properties I have leased. Great location, beautiful furnishings, perfectly clean. Lovely linens and well-appointed kitchen. Lanai and heated pool perfect for a winter month's get-away. Management immediately accessible and pleasant. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely, modern and clean villa, perfect for a family vacation

We absolutely loved this place, so beautifully decorated and very clean. Nice heated pool and a pleasant outdoor shower. Comfortable beds and no bugs. Everything was exactly as promised and seen in pictures exept for an missunderstanding with the stereo sound system that did not exist. Also missed an regular coffee machine, this was just for coffee capsules. But this is just small details. Over all this was a top notch property, would definitely recomend you to stay here. Alexander the manager, is helpful, reliable and very quick to respond.

We will start an investigation right away about the whereabouts of the SONOS Play 3 radio systems. Due to increased guest request most of our homes have now the capsule coffee maker system.

Great

Great property. Clean, laid out well, and useful.

Property manager responded quickly to issues (needed to turn on pool heater and locate beach towels).

The Pros: great size, clean and heated pool, plenty of bathroom spaces, quiet gated community. Property manager responds quickly. House had better quality cooking utensils and accessories, which were appreciated. No bugs! We kept our food sealed and the place clean to keep it bug free.

The Cons: there was a car parked in the middle of the garage. This kept us from using the garage and made moving in luggage and supplies cumbersome. Not a deal breaker but not great to find when paying for a rental of this caliber. The location is fine but not great. There were no beach towels.

Overall: a great home and property manager. Would definitely recommend without reservation!!!

Note: the coffee maker is a Keurig and the outdoor grill is electric. It may be helpful to know that.
