We truly enjoyed our time at this home. We had perfect weather so we enjoyed swimming every day and eating all our meals outside. The house was as described and photos were a great representation. Loved watching boats come and go in the canal. The only minor negative comment is that we wanted to bike ride and all the bike tires needed air and we didn't have a pump. Enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood. Close to a variety of restaurants. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

This home is beautiful and it is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and outdoor area is a relaxing retreat that you will not want to leave. There are bikes, coolers, and beach chairs for renters to use. There is an excellent stereo and tv system and a pool table/ air hockey table for entertainment. There is a barbecue grill and an outdoor deck on the canal. I loved the interior decorating in this home. I want to go back!
Nice home with great view of the canal
We enjoyed our stay. The house was attractive and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of room for our family and we were happy that the property was dog friendly and had a fenced yard. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and a nice big TV with Bose speakers and Apple TV. The pool was nice although the heater wasn't working when we arrived, but the mgmt company had someone out to fix it promptly. The oven temp display wasn't working so it was hard to know what temperature the oven was set at - we reported this but it wasn't fixed during our stay.
The one area that needed attention was the wooden dock area - you couldn't walk there without shoes and I was even concerned that my dog's feet would be injured as the dock was completely splintered in places. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at sunset but shoes were mandatory.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet and fairly centrally located to get to Ft. Myers or other parts of Cape Coral. You do have to pay a tollof $2 to get back onto Cape Coral - we purchased a Sunpass since we were out and about quite a bit. That was a timesaver.
A small suggestion - maybe give guests a schedule of when the "pool guy" and the "Lawn care" guys are going to show up - as the back of the home is all glass and the workers just let themselves into the yard. Fortunately there were no embarrassing moments but there could be.
Overall we really enjoyed the home. The owner provided quite a bit of extras - bicycles, beach chairs and towels, plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware etc. to make the stay comfortable. We'd stay again if ever back in Cape Coral.

Ein sehr schönes Haus!
Ein wunderschönes Haus am Canal. Schnell auf der Hauptstraße zu den Brücken oder genauso schnell mit dem Boot zum River. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und mit dem schön angelegten Dock-Bereich kann man sowohl die Sonnenaufgänge als auch die Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
