Recently Remodeled 1 Bdrm Condo On The Prom, Only Steps From The Sand Beach
Oceanfront one bedroom and one bathroom unit with a fabulous ocean view! This remodeled unit features a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa/sleeper in main room offering ample sleeping space, as well as a corner electric fireplace for added ambiance! There is an HDTV in the living room, a DVD player, and Digital Cable including HBO West & Family for your viewing pleasure. The full kitchen includes a 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and all of the kitchen utensils/necessities needed for a dine-in experience or breakfast in the morning! Free WiFi is included as well as well as housekeeping. This unit does allow pets with paid pet fees- notify the office when booking. ($20.00 one pet 1st night, and $30.00 for two pets- $10/$15 additional nights.). In the Commons Areas onsite there are covered barbecues, smoking areas, outdoor patio/dining areas and an expansive front lawn for games or sunset watching! Please note there is a 2 night minimum in July/August as well as 3 night minimums for major Holidays, if available. Be sure to ask for your free unlimited use passes to Sunset Empire, located about a mile away that features an Olympic Pool, a Therapy Pool, Hot Tub, and Fitness Center as well as numerous classes!

fun time in seaside
Good location in town. Very disappointed that the pool was the community pool vs unit specific and was not open on Sunday.
Thanks for staying with us here at the beach, and we hope to see you again soon! As for the pool, please do read the descriptions of our units which provide the details for Sunset Empire, who do decide their own hours of operation (they are open 7 days a week, though they do close at 5pm on Sundays).
Disrepair, EXTREMELY noisy tenant in above condo
The fire place did not work. The baseboard heating system was overheating and I had to sleep with not heat. There were long black hairs on the mattress, pillow, bathroom wall and on the wall across from bathroom sink.
The one of the occupants above my condo was wearing clogs and paced for hours - it was very annoying and loud. Management was notified. The next occupants had 2 large dogs. The occupants moved furniture and other heavy items for hours around and caused VERY LOUD noises every day. On Friday they repeatedly threw a ball for the dogs to fetch. It was a raucous. Both days the noise continued until AFTER MIDNIGHT. I was in the bathtub at 9:30 pm, the night before my departure. The raucous was so loud, that the ceiling vibrated.
I was so upset that I shouted "Quiet". They just carried on.
I came to the Tradewinds condos to relax and improve my health. However, I left more exhausted than when I had arrived.
I told management. I was told that I must be a light sleeper and that I should have been put in another condo.
I am shocked at this horrible experience. All I wanted to do was cry - not being able to enjoy myself and being literally sleep deprived. Usually, at 7:30 or 8 am there was a loud thud from upstairs and everything started all over again.
What a shame. I should not have to pay for this abuse.

Hi- no need for a last name- as we're more than familiar with you. We have a saying that could not be more appropriate in your case. Out of every 100 Guests, there are 2 that we wish would stay elsewhere- 1 who needs to find a rich relative and stay at the most expensive suite in town (because that's what they expect regardless of expense), and another who should never leave their driveway and stick with 'stay-cations' in the back yard- both of which you qualify for.
Very comfortable and feels like home. Owners thought of everything.
So cozy I didn't want to leave. The view is a bonus on a rainy day. Perfect for beach access and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and they do a great job maintaining the property. I've stayed in two units and both were very clean. This is my new favorite place at the beach.

Super clean, comfortable and convenient!
Very clean and comfortable condo. Tastefully decorated and convenient location to beach, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for simple meals and managers told us to ask them before buying any spices we might need. (Very nice!!) Oven and fridge are smaller than average size but perfect for a beach stay! Parking is tight as others have mentioned but it's not a big deal. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! Did I mention very clean??
Very nice location in Seaside
My family loved the cute little condo in Seaside. It was close enough to the center of town to walk and check out the local scenery in Seaside, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. My wife is very particular about the cleanliness of where we stay and the condo was very, very clean. The staff at the condo were very friendly and offered great suggestions and recommendations. The only area that we can recommend is for the mattress to be replaced. We noticed that the mattress seem to have good use as the center of mattress seem to sit lower than the ends. My family would definitely stay here again!
