1 Bedroom condo in a beautiful building.

Fully self-contained condo with a large bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen TV and lots of cupboard space. Bathroom with a double sink vanity and full tub/shower. Granite counters in a fully equipped kitchen with a sit up counter. Fireplace in a cozy living room with access to a large outside patio area that is very private, overlooking the grounds. Washer and dryer are in the unit also. The condo is in a building that has boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and spas on the ground floor and living units above. You will be able to walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, unique boutiques and more from you front door. Parks, beaches and recreation of all kinds are only minutes away. Public transit stops only a few feet from your front door allowing easy carefree access to downtown Vancouver and places along the way.

A short drive away is Simply Beautiful, our aesthetics salon which is a full service beauty spa with an Infrared Sauna. Take advantage of this spa during your stay and book ahead to be sure of an appointment.

If you are coming with your own vehicle we have Auto Aesthetics by Phil at the same location and you are welcome to book that as well.

Sue and I are situated in the community where the condo is located. We know and love the area and want to be able to have our guests share the beauty and vibrancy it offers. We

also have 'Owl's Roost' Coach House in the area which people love to come to visit.

Fully self contained condo with gardens to relax in for quiet times and a large balcony to sit and enjoy a bbq or read your book or just chill. A well equipped gym to work out is here for those that want to use it. Walking paths and parks for enjoyment are easy to get to.

This unit is in a small 'shopping and dining' area set within the larger community. It has cafes, and shops below the unit and restaurants, pubs, grocery shopping and and retail outlets just steps away. There is public transit a few feet away from the front door of building.

Great location, comfortable condo.

The condo is centrally located and we liked being able to walk to grocery and vegatable stores. We also appreciated the underground parking with elevator access. Comfortable furniture and a cozy patio made our stay enjoyable. Thank you.

A Holiday Haven

Check in was smooth,Phil met us at the door to the complex,explained everything we needed to know.

The condo was clean,comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The condo is located in a trendy area and the building is secure.

Phil even checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything.

Check out was fast and easy. All in all a good place to stay and we look forward to return in the future.

Nothing short of amazing!

What can I say?! We were so sad to leave this amazing condo that happens to be in a great location along with safe secure parking and more! We didn't need to go far for every amenity imaginable... Whether you want a morning coffee..literally an elevator ride away..I still dream of it, or groceries to utilize in the fully finished and need for nothing's literally at a stones throw away. We truly felt at home from the minute we arrived. The master suite is beyond comfortable, King size bed with luxurious textiles , warm lighting, and plenty of closet space, and ..a bonus flat screen T.V. Did I mention the bottle of wine upon our arrival? Yummy!! Such a great touch... We felt like superstars! Well appointed deck complete with an incredible view of the mountains, bbq and comfortable seating/eating area. Incredible! Phil and Sue went above and beyond our expectations. Phil knows the area and surrounding areas very well... he's the man to ask, and will not hesitate to recommend amazing restaurants and or provide info and directions to all the incredible and truly endless sights and sounds that WhiteRock/Vancouver has to offer...did I mention it's only minutes to the border? The condo itself has everything you would need and more! Bring your suitcase... walk in, and enjoy every moment. A true gem...can't wait to return!

We stayed for 2 weeks, had a very enjoyable stay. Phil explained everything we needed to know about the condo and the area upon check in The condo is situated in a trendy area.

We found the condo clean and comfortable. The condo was well equipped with all needed supplies. A bottle of wine was left for us,it was enjoyable.

Phil contacted us after a week if we needed anything.

We hope to return in the future. Thanks again Phil.

Clean, friendly people on same floor, great shopping and restaurants right there for all our needs. We couldn't have been happier. And Phil was so accommodating when we ran into trouble with weather and neeeded to extend our stay. Highly recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed

Excellent Location

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is well equipped, clean, quiet and close to many amenities . . . large grocery store and several restaurants. We really enjoyed our one month stay and look forward to staying again in 2017 while we wait for our new home in White Rock to be completed.
