1 Bedroom condo in a beautiful building.
Fully self-contained condo with a large bedroom with a king size bed. Bathroom with a double sink vanity and full tub/shower. Granite counters in a fully equipped kitchen with a sit up counter. Fireplace in a cozy living room with access to a large outside patio area that is very private, overlooking the grounds. Washer and dryer are in the unit also. The condo is in a building that has boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and spas on the ground floor and living units above. You will be able to walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, unique boutiques and more from you front door. Parks, beaches and recreation of all kinds are only minutes away. Public transit stops only a few feet from your front door allowing easy carefree access to downtown Vancouver and places along the way.
Sue and I are situated in the community where the condo is located. We know and love the area and want to be able to have our guests share the beauty and vibrancy it offers. We
also have 'Owl's Roost' Coach House in the area which people love to come to visit.

Fully self contained condo with gardens to relax in for quiet times and a large balcony to sit and enjoy a bbq or read your book or just chill. A well equipped gym to work out is here for those that want to use it. Walking paths and parks for enjoyment are easy to get to.
You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is well equipped, clean, quiet and close to many amenities . . . large grocery store and several restaurants. We really enjoyed our one month stay and look forward to staying again in 2017 while we wait for our new home in White Rock to be completed.

Very comfortable met all our requirements, food stores,coffee shops and restaurants all close by.The apartment was very clean and the underground parking was ideal. Phil was very friendly and we felt that we could ring him at any time we had a problem but we had none. Would stay here again when we come to visit our family in Crescent Beach.
Back for a return stay in this pleasant apartment. With the warm summer weather it was nice to have the shaded balcony to sit out with morning coffee and enjoy the view of the mountains. Eating in is easy with the well equipped kitchen and the large grocery store close by. Or eating out is handy too with a range of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Secured indoor parking is a bonus. All made for another enjoyable stay. Will be back again this winter. Thanks, Phil, for this great vacation spot!
My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a Condo in White Rock and did I mention we arrived from Winnipeg May 1st. This is our second time around staying at a property managed by Phil and Suzanne, and their Condo is the perfect location for our house hunt as well getting to know the White Rock-Vancouver area all over again. The property is well maintained, great building, with a full gym if your so inclined. Minutes from our favorite places the boardwalk at White Rock & Cresent beaches, and fish & chips at Mobby Dick's. The condo is equipped with everything you need and large enough to have the grand daughters over for a bit of the beach then dinner off the BBQ. Thank you again to Phil for making our stay as pleasurable as possible. Highly recommend!
This condo was absolutely outstanding. We really loved being able to step out the door and have access to everything from a coffeeshop to the large grocery store around the corner.and even a frozen yogurt place once and awhile. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed if we wanted to cook our own meals. The king size bed was cozy and soft...slept like a baby.
We enjoyed the proximity to Crescent Beach and managed to golf the nine hole course just a little way down after going left off King George Blvd...Also spent some time on the beach when the sun shone and found some sea shells for the grand kids in Alberta.
Must mention that our host, Phil, kindly found two golf bags for us to use. We felt well looked after and were welcomed warmly.
The only thing we needed was a little more sunshine.
What a find! We spent a couple of weeks here in January, to be close to family in Bellingham. It was absolutely perfect and such a convenient location, being minutes from the border, close to Save on Foods and other interesting stores as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Public transportation into Vancouver and the beach was just steps away. As an added bonus it was only a short walk to the Heritage Forest Trail which we walked frequently.
The condo was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Great kitchen and living area and incredibly comfortable bed. We were impressed with the security features especially in the underground parking and felt safe at all times. World class golf is within a few minutes drive. An easy walk to shopping, several restaurants and pubs. Groceries and boutiques are literally a stones throw away. Oceanside promenades and walking paths are minutes away also. Hwy 99 to Vancouver or the U.S. border is within a 2 minute drive. Bellingham, Mt Baker and Seattle are easily accessible also.
