The Location: This stylish refurbished loft is located in the heart of revitalized downtown Los Angeles in the Broadway Historic Theater District. The loft is adjacent to the Biltmore Hotel and Pershing Square.

It’s a premier location for visitors to experience downtown Los Angeles living. This is a pedestrian friendly location minutes away from Grand Central Market, City Hall, Grand Park, Bunker Hill, the Jewelry, Flower and Fashion districts, Little Tokyo, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and MOCA. The area has an abundance and variety of quality restaurants and bars catering to all ages.

Metro line is only steps away for a short ride to LA Live/Staples Center and the heart of Hollywood including the Pantages and Dolby Theaters.

The Loft: Located on the 9th floor in a historic building from 1921, the loft includes granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and overlooking vibrant Broadway Street. The kitchen is stocked with full cookware – as well as utensils. You will find a coffeemaker, stovetop kettle and toaster.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, and linens are provided for sleeping. The bedroom features a contemporary queen-size bed. Also, included is an inflatable queen-size mattress. Loft has its own washer and dryer for your convenience.

15-foot ceilings with exposed beams give you a sense of openness, and the large windows let in abundant light to brighten the room. The living area offers a leather sofa, a flat screen 32” HDTV, Roku streaming player for your Pandora and Netflix entertainment, high speed WiFi, space for relaxing, and furnished with Latino art collected by the owner.

The historic building also features security, fitness room, and community rooftop pool with beautiful views of the downtown skyline.

Urban & Dynamic

The apartment is super clean and very nice. Well appointed with everything you need. From the outside, the building looks a little 'sketchy' but is really quite nice. If you are looking for a downtown fancy neighborhood, this is not your place. If you like a fast-paced urban melting pot, this is your place.

Comfortable apartment stay in DTLA

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, home-like apartment in downtown LA, while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. Everything needed was provided and apartment was clean. Owner responded promptly when making arrangements and provided good information once there.

Colorful artist loft

The loft itself was adequate for my 5-day stay & the owner was very responsive & helpful. I'd give her property 5-stars. The location however was a bit noisy & not in the safest area. Being alone & female i asked after arrival if it was safe to go in/out after 11pm alone & her response was that I should have a buddy with me, which made me a little uncomfortable since that was not an option. Everything ended up being ok. I would stay again if I was traveling with a partner.

Apt is very nice, all that you need and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable all week.

This is a nice property and my first time using a service like this. Cecilia made it very convenient. This property is located within a 1/2 block of a Walgreens and RiteAid. If you forget something, you can get it there. It is also located within two blocks of Grand Avenue Market. There are many shops and stores close by for shopping or other items you may have forgotten. The doormen downstairs are very friendly but also keep security tight. If I was coming back to the area in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Cecilia to see if this apartment was available again to use. Thank you!
