This cozy & private 2 bed-2 bath adobe style home, with a 7 minute walk to the Plaza & 2 minute walk to the Railyard Art District, is perfect for anyone who wants the Santa Fe Experience. Built in 1930, renovated in 2004, this home has everything you will need.

Casa Isbelita is situated inside a private compound with no drive through traffic.

Description of Home.

Lots of Natural light:

The first thing your will notice upon entry from the covered entry portal is that there is a wood burning kiva fireplace and that there is a lot of natural light due to the many skylights throughout the house.

Built for privacy:

This cozy adobe house is not only conveniently located near the center of town, it is built with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for maximum privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. The living room has a queen size pull out couch.

Outdoor living:

There is an outside patio with a water feature. Half of the patio is covered and the other half in the sun. Six person patio table set and outdoor lounge chairs are provided for a comfortable time outside. The courtyard is also fenced and there is a gravel driveway for parking.

Guest will have access to entire house and all the amenities.

I live in a different home in the compound and can be available to provide assistance such as recommendations to the many hot spots in town or even to accompany and guide.

What I love about this neighborhood the most is the location. Parking can be an issue, especially during the summer, so having off street parking and being within walking distance to the plaza is very nice.

All the neighbors in the compound are all wonderful people who live in Santa Fe because it is such a charming and lovely place to live.

Public bus stops are close by.

If you do not want to rent a car, you can take the train from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Depot is 0.2 miles from the house. A 3 minute walk.

I can also arrange to pick you up from the Airport and bring you to the house.

About Mark

I am 41 years old and have been living in Santa Fe since 2013. I have lived in Texas, Colorado, Peru (Cusco), Michigan and now in New Mexico.

For 10 years I was a Mechanical Engineer in the Corporate world for global corporations and now I work to serve people of all ages in a variety of ways in the form of personal service. From providing Elder Care in the Santa Fe community to teaching science to children.

Now I host people here in Santa Fe and also in Peru where I organize and lead trips to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

As your possible future host: Hello and welcome. I am happy to be of service to you as you enjoy one of my favorite places on Earth: Santa Fe. I am well travelled, relatively new to town and have actively been exploring what this place offers and will gladly share the gems I have found from hiking, to shopping, to meeting places, to day trips and to nightlife.

I live in the same compound as the vacation rental and I deal directly with all guests. From key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.

Quintessential Santa Fe retreat!

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Marc was so kind, welcoming and efficient. Location is central to the city and easily a short walk from nearly anything of interest. We will definitely be back!

We LOVED this place!!

Our stay at Casa Isbelita was a complete delight! Our host, Mark was kind, flexible, and a great source of local knowledge. We loved our time here. This home is beautifully decorated with an authentic Santa Fe vibe. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the shops and

restaurants of Old Town. There is plenty of attractive living space both indoors and out. And this location is very quiet. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer! God-willing, we will be back for a return visit. Thanks again!!

Lovely stay!

This spacious spot is in an ideal location close to downtown but is private and quiet. It is very clean and has all the fixings to feel at home. Mark was a great host, was flexible and available for anything we needed. Highly recommended!

What an excellent location and lovely place to spend time! - And an easy walk to the Plaza and Railyard. We really enjoyed soaking up the southwest flavor which Casa Isbelita and its surroundings exude. We didn't want to leave. Thanks to Mark, too, who was always available to answer our questions about the Casa and Santa Fe.

Very nice little place, with outdoor courtyard, super kind manager - Mark

My family and I enjoyed spending most of last week at this very clean, old adobe home. There are two bedrooms and two full baths, washer, dryer, outside table for eating and small koi pond. The home is cool even when it is 80 degrees out. The home is very private, and the neighbors are all nice & were quiet. The only thing that was a bit tricky for me was the parking, as I had a large car with a bike rack on it. Only twoish blocks to Sanbusco market which is right at the railyard area. 10 min walk maybe to edge of town/plaza area. Highly recommend this nice place.
