About the property

A special Spring price for an exquisite luxury apartment in the Heart of Paris

A special Spring price for an exquisite luxury apartment in the Heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés in a classic 1830's Haussmann building perfect for 1 or 2 couples, but not suitable for young ones. Antiques in every room just like a Paris 'pied à terre' that over looks a small one way street around the corner from St. Sulpice and the Luxembourg garden. Doesn't get any better than this!

Deep into the Café Culture of Paris with circles of small streets and a wonderland of unique shops, art galleries, heart stopping patisseries, and old world bakeries plus an infinite amount of famous restaurants. Walking distance to the Seine, the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay and Rue de Buci. Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore are right up the street. The entire Hemingway world is at your doorstep. The best organic street market in Paris is on the boulevard de Raspail.

Two equally lovely bedrooms with crisp Côté Sud linens always fresh from the cleaners, and flat screens in both rooms…Dramatic high ceilings and soaring windows. Private closed off living room with wood-burning marble fireplace and a full bar for your enjoyment. Be our guest.

Big bathtub for soaking, and showering inside, with instant blasting full thrust shower, essential for your daily meditation. Another half bath close to entrance with sink, cabinets, and WC. Storage galore…unpack like Princes and Princesses.

Full sized separate kitchen with eight burners, gas and electric with all new appliances. A kitchen garden with basil, rosemary and thyme. Small private dining room to chill your Champagne and Caviar before you hit the town. Rich fabrics, dimmers and soft lighting. Roses galore. Handmade candles throughout the apartment. Real furniture, real crystal, real silver, and exceptional beauty. A lovely library filled with literature on art, history, and cinema.

A grand staircase with elevator. Designed with inspiration and decorated with love.

Note: 1 small bathroom with sink & toilet; 1 large bathroom with tub/shower & sink.

About Owner

The owner is a interior decorator and designer from Los Angeles,

California. Her husband is a former film director.

They also have a large farmhouse in the South of France.

When the owner sold her property in Beverly Hills, most of the furniture and art was shipped back to France where she originally bought it. It is gorgeous!

Why we bought an apartment in the 6th district:

We chose this location because this is where we spent our honeymoon

over twenty five years ago, and celebrated our 40th birthdays as well. We love the St. Sulpice area and adore the bread, cheese, and

wine all over Paris. It is a dream…a dream that came true!

Perfect apartment

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was perfect for our recent stay in Paris! In a great location that is thankfully slightly removed from the crowds, but mere steps from St. Suplice Metro stop and the many great shopping and dining options in the 6th Arrondissement. The hostess, Jennifer, was very helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and apartment is nicely appointed. We look forward to returning!

Charm and confort in Paris

  • 5 of 5

I wanted to take a couple of minutes to thank you for helping make our stay such a pleasant experience. The flat worked out great for us and I will be sure to keep it in mind for my next visit to Paris. Besides it's wonderful location, we particularly enjoyed all the charming details and the wonderfully authentic French décor and spacious accommodations. Frankly, I can't wait for our next visit.

Perfect Parisian Apartment!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was perfect in every way! Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated and maintained. The dressers, mirrors and separate water closet made it easy for 3 women to get ready each day :-). Saint Sulpice Metro is steps away. Excellent shopping, cafes and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Marche Raspail, an outdoor organic market, is a couple of blocks away. Loved walking to Poilane for chocolate croissants each morning :-). I would LOVE to stay there again with my husband, but it would probably be more space than we would need.

Decorative but not comfortable for living

  • 2 of 5

Well located apartment but cluttered and no real dining space, making it feel much smaller than it actually is.

Owner's Response: We regret that you did not have a 5 star experience like our other clients. Please note that our flat is just for short stays, not for long term living. It is bright & spacious with beautiful antiques in a priceless location - the middle of St. Germain district.
