Stellar Lakefront Vacation Rental On Texas' Premier Constant Level Lake
Please enjoy this 3-bedroom, 4 full-bath townhome on the prestigious Island Drive in Horseshoe Bay, TX at constant level Lake LBJ, 50 minutes west of Austin. Upgraded with granite countertops and new appliances, the 3-level lakefront unit also boasts a unique lake-facing, walk-in bar, equipped with a TV, bar stools and refrigerator; great for entertaining.
Shoreline M is 'ground zero' at HSB, offering open-water north views of the romantic Lighthouse and Yacht Club, within walking distance of the Horseshoe Bay Resort Hotel, Marina, Spa* and Yacht Club*, but a little further removed, and not in the shadows of the Waters high rise. Step right in to the lake, your boat, PWC, paddle board, etc. from the dock just outside the sliding glass door. Don't have a boat or Jet Ski? You can even rent one and have it delivered to the unit from SplashBoatRentals. The outdoor spiral staircase, another upgrade feature, connects the lower limestone patio to the expanded 'cool-deck' deck above, providing easy lake access and added privacy for guests that may be still be sleeping on level one - strategic for early coffee and/or late cocktails.
The top level master bedroom with truly stunning lake views features a king, full bathroom and walk-in closet. What a way to end a great day, and start another! Next door is a guest bedroom which offers a double bed, set of twin bunks, and full bath. As mentioned, sleeping accommodations can also be found on the lower level with another set of bunks, full bath and separate granite lavatory.
The middle and lake levels post large HD flat TVs, with those appropriately sized in the top level bedrooms. The middle level also includes a lavatory and separate head and shower. Connect your PDA to the stereo and WiFi and enjoy tunes with volume controls in all living and outdoor areas. A Large propane grill with sideburner is available.
Those interested in extended says will appreciate full-sized washer/dryer and generous storage. For off-season visits, bundle up in the crisp air, lakeside under the incredible stars by the chimanea fire.
There is just so much to do in and around this Texas Hill Country gem! Search Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls (10 Min), for plenty to do within minutes, but you are close to so many other venues; Fredericksburg (55 Mi), Fiesta Texas (80 Mi), Longhorn Caverns (20 Mi), Hill Country Golf, Enchanted Rock (45 Mi), Texas Wine Country... And this is maybe the Bluebonnet/wildflower capital in Texas. Both the Catholic and Protestant Churches deliver memorable hilltop views of the lake. There are a few other great Shoreline neighbors that also rent if you want to organize a larger group. This spot is perfect for Horseshoe Bay wedding parties and other Hill Country attractions.
Perfect for Fredericksburg vine tours as well.

About Reagan Bailey
The owners have been visiting Horseshoe Bay for over 30 years and second generation HSB owner. The property was purchased in lieu of using one of the other two family units at Shoreline.

Why Reagan Bailey chose Horseshoe Bay
Deciding to make HSB its second residence, the owner purchased a home down the street but could not bring themselves to sell this place they love. It seemed sad to have it sit unused and after hearing very positive reviews about how VRBO renters respect and take care of family-owned units like this, decided to give it a try, though it is still used by the family now and again for overflow of family and friends.
What makes this Townhome unique
Once known as the 'Best kept secret in Texas' Horseshoe Bay is just amazing, and the secret is out. This particular location is just so close to the amenities, and the street so inviting, we couldn't move from Island Drive and bought a house down the street. A great place to view and access the lake or begin a fantastic walk in the beautiful Hill Country. This unit has a walk-in bar at the lower level and a PWC ramp and outdoor spiral staircase, allowing lake access why those on the lower level are sleeping.

Great Lake condo!
We had a great time being right on the water where we could tie up our boat and let the kids swim, very convenient. Enjoyed cooking in every night, grilling on the patio, friendly neighbors, with cozy accommodations.
Great Location! Nice layout for the house
The house was great - AC didn't keep upstairs cool, but fans in the bedrooms helped cool off the rooms. The location and lake access was perfect. The only drawback was that the back door was hard to open, but definitely not a deal breaker. The house was clean upon arrival. Outside tables weren't cleaned, which meant we did it before using the patio areas, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, definitely a place we'd stay again. The kids loved it and the adults did too! Two living areas allowed for kids to play and watch tv in one room and grown ups in another.
Thanks for your stay and review. We fixed the handle on the sliding door and will look into the AC. Ironically, we just replaced the entire lower unit. Sorry about the patio tables. With the 4-hour turnaround, perhaps the housekeeper ran out of time. Thanks again.
Nice condo and beautiful scenery
Only downside was lack of parking space and parking accommodations. Only one parking spot for a 3.5 bedroom condo that holds 10 is not realistic. And then to get ticketed and threatened to be towed while parking in the overflow spot so designated! Really??!!And lack of privacy. People out on their balconies partying till 3:00 in the morning are only 5 feet from bedroom windows.

With respect to the parking, each unit has one reserved parking space and the rest of the parking is open parking for Shoreline owners and guests only. We don't understand how you could be ticketed for parking in Shoreline non-reserved parking unless it was a trailer, which is strictly prohibited by the City and disclosed.
We have not heard any of these concerns before but we will call you to discuss. Thanks again for your stay during the July 4th weekend.
Great location and property was a definite;y an upscale condo!
Very comfortable and well equipped. The only things we couldn't find were table mats and coasters. Fantastic view of the lake and easily accessible.
Great location and spacious condo!
This was our second visit to the condo and we love the location and spaciousness the layout offers. It easily accommodates two families. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and sitting on the patio. Wave Chasers Boat Rentals delivered and picked up our pontoon boat from the condo. We easily traveled to Schlitterbahn, Six Flags in San Antonio and Austin from this location. The owners are great to work with and very responsive. It was a great week and we look forward to our next visit!
