This property is perfect for a luxurious Palm Springs vacation whether you are looking for a quiet holiday to pamper yourself or entertain family and friends. This is an exceptionally-appointed new, Modern/Contemporary home in the heart of Palm Springs close to everything.

*** Palm Springs' new Ordinance 1907 now limits us to 6 overnight guests and two small children are exempt from this total number of guests.***

*** Please note: Upcoming Ordinance changes for 2017 will cause us to raise our rates 30% - 50% in 2017. We will attempt to keep our rates at current levels as long as possible, but these rate increases are inevitable given the City of Palm Springs new restrictions and fees... please see our personal message below for more information.***

The house is also near golf, tennis, and hiking! High ceilings, 7.1 channel home theater system, HDTVs, and custom lighting throughout! Our home has 3 bedroom suites all with king sized beds, and private bathrooms. The kitchen is an entertainers delight with expansive countertops, full bar, and island. Our exceptional appointed kitchen, accented with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and modern flooring, offers views and access to the adjoining media/family room.

Views, Views, and did we mention the Views. An entire wall of our great room has sliding pocket doors that completely disappear which allows unparalleled views indoors and out. The combination of this pocket door concept, our beautiful landscaping, gorgeous pool/spa, and our stunning unobstructed views of the mountains, provides an indoor/outdoor living experience like none other. Our private yard offers panoramic views, water fountain, outdoor fire pit, a beautiful saline pool/spa with loungers, semi shaded patio lounge area, and a professional BBQ island. We even have added several citrus trees to provide some seasonal tropical fruit for your stay.

The living room offers gorgeous views, fireplace, beverage bar, and direct access to additional outdoor entertaining areas as well as the pool/spa. The formal dining area also offers great views, as well.

We have greatly enjoyed sharing our home with all our amazing guests over the years. It has been a pleasure helping so many of you have a wonderful holiday in Palm Springs.

Unfortunately, the City of Palm Springs does not share our appreciation of your patronage to our wonderful city, and is in the process of passing some major changes to our ability to share our home with you. The new restrictions and regulations will affect all vacation rentals across the City of Palm Springs, and are severe and an overreaction to a small minority of poor tenants and homeowners.

One of the primary changes will limit us to renting out home approximately twice per month with a maximum of 28 rentals per year, which is about half of our typical rentals for the year. This will force vacation rental owners to raise rates and increase minimum stays for all guests in the coming year.

We will do everything we can to continue to provide a premium luxury experience at a reasonable rate, but it seems we will be forced to raise our rates between 30% - 50% in the coming year to compensate for these new fees and restrictions. We will attempt to keep our rates at the current levels as long as we can, but expect that shortly into the new year we will undoubtedly be forced to raise our rates a minimum of 30%.

We greatly apologize for this upcoming increase in rates, but the City of Palm Springs has provided us with few options to avoid such an increase.

I would suggest voicing your concerns to the Palm Springs City Council, but it is clear they have already made up their minds on the issue and have rubber stamped the new ordinance.

Why The Owner chose Palm Springs, Central

Well fell in love with this new modern contemporary home when we first saw it and we know you will too. We've taken great care to provide it with the finishing touches that make it a truly luxury retreat. If you are wondering why we chose the name Casa De Bianca, we decided to name the house after our new addition to the Family. We recently adopted an adorable blue-eyed, blue piebald dachshund name Bianca. She has been a complete joy.

We hope you enjoy the house as much as we have already.

What an amazing rental property!!! Our best experience to date. The home was close to all the attractions but we rarely left the house. Patrick met us at the house and gave us a tour and answered all our questions. He showed us how to use all the amenities and was very accommodating and didn't just rush off even though we arrived much later than expected. We were a party of five with a four year old toddler. The jacuzzi and swim ledge were a big hit with our son. Downtown was less than a five minutes drive away and we did go to lunch in town twice during our week long stay. Was even able to go shopping a cabazon outlets, a 25 minute drive, while the boys went golfing. A great park was walking distance from the house and our son enjoyed watching the bigger kids in the skate park. We made dinner in most nights and used the bbq twice. The house had everything you would need to make any dish! We sat by the fire pit at night after our son was in bed and just enjoyed the stars. We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We were hosting our parents visiting from England and they are still raving about what a great choice we made. Thank you to Darin and Patrick for providing us the perfect home for such a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to staying here again as we are now spoiled by your accommodations.

Notes:
Let us know what will make your vacation with us be perfect and we can assist in arranging chefs, rentals, housekeepers, etc. We have received a number of questions about the parking lot and building located behind our home. The building is a Mall that went out of business years ago with no immediate plans do anything with the building. We have 20+ foot hedges and tropical fruit trees planted along the entire length of the backyard. Quite honestly you will never know the parking lot is there, and you should have no worries about privacy or potential noise. Additionally, we are centrally located to the airport which means we are not under a flight path so we have almost zero airport noise as well.

Palm Springs Paradise!!!!!!

What an awesome time we had in this fabulous home. Our weeks stay was very enjoyable. The home is very well appointed and very well maintained! Spectacular views of mountains from the beautifully landscaped yard and pool area. Patrick and Darren were very attentive.

Patrick greeted us and gave us all the information on how to maximise the comfort of our stay in the home. King beds and well stocked bathrooms in each bedroom really added to our comfort. We would love to stay again in the future!!!! Many thanks, Don & Shelley

beautiful property, well kept, really helpful owners

We had an amazing stay and would love to come again! When we arrived, we couldn't get over how immaculate and attractive the property was, with all possible conveniences. We had problems with the wifi, and immediately, one of the owners was out there to help us. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't get fixed while we were there, but the owners tried to come up with alternative options and spent a lot of time trying to fix things for us. We couldn't get over how when we left one suitcase at the property by mistake, and had already returned our rental car at the airport, one of the owners drove it over to us at the airport!

pros: Absolutely gorgeous deco!

amazingly convenient location

beautiful poolside and bedroom views

state of the art electronics - from window shades to ac... everything controlled by remote

spacious and comfortable!

cons:

would've preferred a bigger pool

wifi was problematic when we were there (this is probably usually not the case)

ac is blocked not to go below a certain temperature, and at night, we like it really chilly and weren't able to lower the ac to our preferred temp

But we had a fabulous stay and are thinking of coming again in the winter. Thank you!

Oh, my! What an incredible stay! The home is very modern, spacious, and exceedingly comfortable! The backyard is very private! And the neighborhood is so quiet! Whatever particular needs we had were met quickly with friendly care! Choosing this property was the right choice!

Modern, Comfortable and Beautiful

We recently completed a one week stay that this beautiful property. Location was ideal, view of the mountains spectacular, and the whole house set up is modern and very comfortable. We would definitely book this property again for our stays in Palm Springs.
