Enjoy views of the ocean where you can see whales breeching, sea otters playing in the surf, and dolphins jumping over the waves. Newly renovated kitchen with new appliances. The unit is furnished with a CA King in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. The unit offers free wifi, 40' Smart Flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime capability. DVD included in living room.

The Shorebirds is ideal for long walks as it has a long stretch of sandy beaches, collecting shells and sand dollars along the way.

Enjoy day trips to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and many local wineries.

Our well stocked kitchen lets you cook at home or BBQ on the deck. There are many great local restaurants as well in Watsonville, Aptos, Santa Cruz, and Moss Landing.

Enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the deck watching the waves. We have a nice bistro table and chairs so you can sit higher in order to see the ocean.

This unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach, just bring your clothes and your food.

What's that Billy Joel lyric? "...To forget about life for a while..."

That's what #220 offers. A little reprieve, a tiny sanctuary. To go to sleep at night - the glass door slightly open - to the sound of the ocean. To wake up to foggy mornings with views of the waves and the pelicans flying south to feast in Monterey. Strong coffee. Netflix. A balcony with high-top seating (bar-style, my favorite). A fantastic stove/oven to prepare all your own food (Nob Hill market about 10 minutes away...great selection). Stainless steel refrigerator. For us city folk, it's all the creature comforts located in what feels like a thousand miles away from all your worries. Loved this place. Hope to return again and again and again.

Absolutely beautiful, the unit has been completely remodeled to reflect a modern appearance. It comes fully stocked, even has a closet loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, beach games etc. Free wifi, Smart Tv for streaming movies, and a nice stereo system to listen to your jams. It was spotless, one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed. Kids had a blast 🎉�, wife was relaxed 😌�, dad was content 😎�, so life is good 🤙�🏼�. Plan on making it an annual family trip.

Great vacation home!

This is a wonderful property with close access to a beautiful beach. It was clean and comfortable with big windows allowing for a great view of the beach and ocean. There is a lagoon on the opposite side with a beautiful walking trail where my grandson loved riding his bike. A great place to get away and relax but also close enough to enjoy the Monterey Aquarium.

Beautiful, quiet, wonderful place

Had a great romantic weekend with my boyfriend. Rental is in great shape. Brand new kitchen is fully functional with everything you need to cook up fine meals. Some fun, quirky 70s furniture mixes with nice knick knacks and wall art. Master bed is quite comfortable. Highly recommend for a family of four or just a weekend away for two. We will definitely be back!
