Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from the historic Pass-a-Grille beach community. Restaurants, galleries, outdoor markets, boutiques, fishing piers, and a world class beach are just minutes away. Stop by local Shaner's market for their famous grouper sandwich and Sea Critters Cafe for a margarita that can't be beat.
The updated, single level, 2500 square foot open floor plan lends itself to comfortable, casual entertaining, or seating for up to six in the formal dining room. All furnishings and decor are new as of April 2014. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans, Duet washer and dryer, weekly pool, lawn and trash service assures you a comfortable and convenient vacation. We provide a pack-n-play collapsible crib, wooden high chair, and children toys and books for your convenience.
The kitchen, with its maple cabinets, granite surfaces, and large cooking island is well appointed with everything you need to settle in and prepare family meals, including a breakfast bar. The large, open living space accentuates the waterfront location and pool/spa area via a wall of windows and French doors. Enjoy movies, games and a 55' flat screen television and comfortable modular sectional seating for the whole family to relax in.
The master bedroom offers a California king, memory foam bed, 32' LCD flat screen television, and a spectacular view of the pool and waterfront from private French doors.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the office, fully equipped with hi-speed WI-fi internet, HP printer/copier/fax, and an executive hardwood desk to accommodate your mobile office needs. A day bed with trundle allows for two additional sleeping options in this room. The master bath features travertine tile and custom glass lisetto, as well as a Kohler toilet and new fixtures. The split floor plan features two additional rooms on the opposite end of the home.
The second bedroom features a brand new, pillow top king bed with a 32' flatscreen and large closet, and a queen bed in the third bedroom, also outfitted with a large closet. The second bathroom offers a combination tub/shower configuration, with ample cabinet space for everyone's toiletries.
After a day at the beach, relax in your private back yard and prepare a meal on your gas grill, or take a dip in the newly refinished Diamondbrite pool and spa (heated upon request for an additional fee), and enjoy the beautiful landscaping surrounding the Kooltech deck.
The new dock is equipped with power and led lights for convenient night fishing, as well as tie poles for your boat. Pods of dolphins and a parade of yachts are a regular occurrence off the dock, which offers easy access to the gulf, just around the corner. Mature, lush, tropical landscaping envelopes the property, with the sweet scents of jasmine and plumeria and magnificent pineapple and coconut palms to offer you shade throughout the day.
Just around the corner is a quiet, shady park that offers a fenced playground, tennis and basketball courts, and a dog park. Continue on down the street on a pleasant ten minute stroll to the historic Florida beach community of Pass-a-Grille. It's charming and elegant homes, storefront businesses, sailing and ferry charters, and outdoor markets will leave you wishing you had more time to take it all in!
