Close to the slopes of Park City- Canyon Village with a private hot tub, this relaxing Park City vacation rental is a lovely family getaway for all types of guests.

Located four miles away from Park City's historic downtown, this home sits in the base village of the resort. It's just 50 yards or so to the Cabriolet Ski Lift Base for easy access to the slopes all times of year. Ice skating, dining, shopping, and spa services are all within walking distance. Park City's two other resorts are just five or so miles away, either by shuttle or by car!

This contemporary home combines the modern with the colorful, and accentuates the quirky and the vintage with bright pillows, old ski trail signs, and a life-size wristwatch clock.

Gather in the living room with your choice of entertainment, including the basics like WiFi and cable, and fun extras like a gaming system, a DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system for background music. The large sectional sofa offers a prime spot before the TV and the fireplace.

The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and white cabinets provides ample space for in-house chefs to let loose their culinary talents. Dine at the picnic-style dining table before heading out to the private hot tub, or the shared pool and tennis courts (summer only).

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home can sleep 11 people comfortably. Two bedrooms have king beds, and two bedrooms have queens. The loft area, accessed through the second bedroom, has a twin and a full bed. A sleeper sofa downstairs offers additional accommodations as necessary.

This home is also equipped with a washer/dryer for convenience. Bringing small kids along? This home comes with Pack 'n Plays, booster seats, baby walkers, monitors, and children's ski clothing.

This lovely rental is great for groups of friends and couples traveling to Northern Utah to ski/ride, enjoy the Food & Wine Festival or the Sundance Film Festival, or bike and hike the Wasatch Mountains.

Great Park City Property

The property was great, location was as advertised (short walk to Cabriolet) the condo furnishings, bedding, etc were in good condition as was the hot tub and the grill. It rained so we were forced to spend more time than we planned at the property so we appreciated the quality of the condo.

Awesome House!

This house is wonderful. We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here each time we visit The Canyons. The home is clean and well maintained and has recently been updated. The location of the house is perfect to walk to the Cabriolet ski lift to the base of the mountains. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Favorite home away from home!

This home was wonderful! The owners have thought of everything to make you feel invited to share their home. The beds are comfy, there is plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. The proximity to the lifts and stores is perfect. The home was impecably clean and well stocked. <br />

We contacted Vacasa to verify the grill was in working order, they let us know a part was on order and it may not be funtional for our stay. When we arrived we found a second grill had been brought in for us to use! This was our 3rd rental through Vacasa and have loved every experience! Our only disappointment is that this home is already reserved for the week we wanted in March 2019!

The condo was exactly as advertised. A two minute walk to the Canyons Lift, very nicely appointed with everything we needed. No negatives. My brothers and I have gone skiing in the area for years and we will be coming back to this condo the next time.

Family vacation with three small children under 3 years.

The house was in great condition and very clean. They had just enough toys and games that we didn’t need to bring much. We had to only buy one pack and play because they already had two there we could use. We left the one we bought for future families to use. The kitchen was very stocked with plenty of seasonings, pots and pans to cook everything we wanted. Plenty of clean towels to use and a vey good washer and dryer to keep up with laundry during our stay. We also bought a red sled we left in the garage. We had a little fun in the back yard with it.
