Welcome to our beautiful home in McCall. We recently remodeled the house and gave it a makeover, with Granite counter tops, hard wood flooring, and fresh paint. We are ready for you to have a CLEAN, FUN experience. The property is covered with trees, and parking for your family. We also have a great fire-pit for roasting s'mores while the kids play on the playhouse and run in the grass.

We are the best location you can find. Just minutes from the grocery store (for that gallon of ice-cream), 3 snow skiing locations (2 resorts/ 1 ski hill), or anyone of the local beaches.

Worried about handicap access? Not to worry. Our house has access from the garage to a wheel-chair accessible ramp as well as a downstairs master suite.

We sleep up to 24 PEOPLE IN BEDS, although we allow up to 30 individuals to stay. Grandma and Grandpa need a place to go for some quiet time? Not to worry! Our guest cabin is connected with covered access to the house with a private bath and studio kitchen.

We also have plenty of room to feed the masses; plate settings for at least 24 with seating to match...inside or out. The house has 2 large decks one over looking the playhouse and the other overlooking the fire-pit. Both decks hold several round tables (no longer provided) which makes for great barbecues.

The main level of the house contains entry way with staircase to the left and a great sitting room to the right. The sitting room has a great propane fireplace and is a great place to snuggle down and read a book. Through the entry way to the left you will find a half bath and the Master suite. To the right you will find the great room with propane fireplace (living, kitchen and nook). Through the kitchen to the right you will also find a formal dining room. To the left is a great multipurpose room. You can feed everyone, play games or even hold business meetings. This room comes equipped with a TV so presentations are not a problem. This room also has access to one of the two decks and another propane fireplace. As you continue through past the multipurpose room you will find a mud room which has access to upstairs and a door to one of the decks. This room has a great closet for drying winter clothes as there is a heater located at the bottom of the closet and an exhaust fan to pull the air up and out..keeping it smelling as fresh as wet snow clothes can be. Off the mudroom you will find a spacious laundry room with plenty of folding space and an extra refrigerator.

The second level. As you enter the house you will find a night friendly staircase that guides you back to the kitchen for those late night snacks or bottles for the babies. Once in the hallway you will find one bedroom to the right with bathroom located inside the room. No sneaking across the hallway for you! You will also find a walk-in closet in this bedroom. As you cross the hallway, you will again find another bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. Continuing down the hallway you will find a linen closet and also another Bedroom. This bedroom has a crib to accommodate those in that stage of life; however it does not have a bath. It is also located close to the back stairs, which has great night-lighting for those trips to the kitchen.

About Candice Leonard

Dave and Carol built their dream home to accommodate their family through the years. They have 7 children and have loved living here in McCall. They moved here in 1988 and have loved it ever since. They continue to travel and always come home wondering how they are so lucky to live in McCall.

Dave and Carol continue to make wonderful memories and hope you can join with them. They downsized to a wonderful condo, while keeping their home to make family gatherings possible. Seven children, spouses and grandchildren make for a large gathering...and this home has been perfect for them! They hope you can enjoy it as much as they continue to do!

We all agreed we set a pretty high bar for future reunions! We rented a boat and did a complete day at the lake & we hiked & picked huckleberries another day. So much fun! Please recognize we do have neighbors and we ask that you be considerate of them and their property. Our HOA is very strict on a 5 MPH speed when coming and going from the property. We ask all our guest to leave the drive way pulling out vehicle first. Do not back out of driveway, especially when pulling trailers. NO SMOKING. HOA quiet hour is 10pm-10am. We do monitor the decibels of noise not the property. Be assured we do NOT monitor conversations. You must comply with these rule.

A great place to bring a family!

This home is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space for a big group and a great location close to McCall, but out in the forest. We would definitely come back again.

Candice was great to work with and the Holland House met our every expectation. Our grandchildren loved the large spacious indoor areas and enjoyed playing games outside. Everything was clean, well managed and in good repair. Thanks for a great stay.

Holland House

This is truly one of the best rentals in McCall. The home is beautiful, clean and peaceful. It is well stocked with anything you might need to enjoy a great weekend in McCall. The grounds are wonderful. My grandkids spent more time outside than in. We look forward to booking this place again.

Lovely home and property. Very inviting and comfortable. Can easily handle large groups.

Very accommodating home to groups of all ages. The children enjoyed the playground and was thrilled by the hidden bed in one of the upstairs bedroom. We appreciated the crib and pack and plays and the high chairs that the home provides. The bath towels are a nice quality and the beds comfortable. The grounds are well thought out with a fire pit and play area and a lovely deck to hang out in. The owners are very nice and are a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this home!

If this rule is not kept the Police will be called and you may be asked to vacated the property. We do not want to discourage families from staying, but we do NOT want to be a party house!
