Offering a Contemporary Lakeview Basement Suite, quiet and spacious, beautifully furnished with a separate entrance on the side of the house. The suite up to sleeps 4 guests: a bedroom with a queen bed + hide-a-bed in the living room. We are located in the South Edmonton trendy community of Summerside, steps from walking and biking paths and a quick drive to the Anthony Henday. Includes a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, kitchen supplies, 39 inch HD TV with Telus Optic cable, wi-fi internet, linens, towels, BBQ and washer/dryer. 2 white leather couches in the living room and kitchen table that seats 4. Dark brown laminate floors, tile in the bathroom, all construction is newly completed and in contemporary colors and style. Large and bright, 9 ft ceilings, 900 sf, new construction and furnishings. Easy access to Ellerslie Rd, QE Highway #2 and the Anthony Henday, AB-16. Within 10 minutes of great shopping, restuarants and recreation facilities: many outlet and premium shops at South Edmonton Common, Costco, Walmart, Ikea and Millwoods Recreation Centre. Busing is 2 minutes walk away.

Note that rental does not include use of the backyard, but has a nearby playground and many walking and bike paths.

Wonderful suite!

The suite is well equipped and conveniently located close to Highway 2 for easy access anywhere in the area. It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating with extra beds and foamy mattresses to make our stay more comfortable. Look forward to coming back.

Great rental in a great location! It was easily accessible and close to shopping centers and major thoroughfares making the city a pleasure to visit. The private suite entrance made it easy to come and go without disturbing the family above. The kitchen was well equipped with both a single serve coffee machine and a regular brewing coffee maker. The new washer and dryer worked wonderfully. Overall, an attractive suite that met all of our needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay...

Perfect Accomodations!

These accommodations were perfect for what we needed! The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. It felt like a high class hotel yet homey. We used the pull out couch for additional company and everything worked out well. I would highly recommend this place! I would not hesitate to book again.
