This beautiful luxury townhome in Breckenridge is a marvelous place to visit any time of year. Featuring a spectacular location extremely close to restaurants, skiing, and the center of Breckenridge, plus a spacious interior and a private hot tub, you will love it here!

Located right in town, two short blocks from Main Street, when you stay in this fabulous condo you won't even need to use a car - you can easily walk to a market, numerous restaurants, and even the gondola! During the colder months this area is famous for its ski slopes, but any time of year is great to visit and explore the natural beauty of the area, enjoy some outdoor activities, and visit one of the many festivals held in town.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home can easily accommodate up to six people, so it would be a great place for a family or a few couples. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the third has a queen-size, and all beds are fabulously comfortable TempurPedics.

The living area has a luxurious feel, complete with a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, huge TV, comfortable leather couches, and windows featuring magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains. In the full kitchen you will be delighted to find a beautiful space with all the equipment you may need to cook up nice meals during your stay.

You and your guests will also enjoy Internet access and a private laundry area, so there's no need to worry about trying to keep your clothes clean while vacationing! Outside, a deck has seating for everyone to breathe in the fresh mountain air. You will be delighted to find a private hot tub, great for warming up and relaxing in the bubbling water.

Great location

Spacious unit with 3 bedrooms. Has a private hot tub on the deck. Two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your own paper products, like toilet paper and tissues and paper towels. They won't restock them for you. Free Netflix on the wall mounted big screen tvs.

Really nice and spacious with a slightly tilted but very spacious deck!

The property was within walking distance to everything downtown and gondola for skiing. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The property was clean. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from inside and on deck.

Great location

Here are some pros and cons of this condo, we stayed a few weeks ago...

Pros: The location of the condo is great, just a couple blocks to Main Street. The views of the mountains are beautiful from the balcony. The living room/dining area has a cozy feel to it with a large table to eat at.

Cons: everything in the condo is super dated except the living room and the bathrooms partially. The bedrooms are dark, plain and boring. The kitchen is dated and not fit for a large group (which it says it can - we were a group of 6). So if you were to eat meals at the condo you'd have to clean dishes each time. The bathrooms are also not fit for a large group there were only 2-3 towels in each bathroom. THE WORST part of it all is paying the $190 cleaning fee when the kitchen and cooking equipment was filthy. Pans and trays were covered in grease, the kitchen floor was dirty, and there was broken glass in the dishwasher.

I guess what's worse is that we emailed the company who rents this property out about all of this before writing a review but were never contacted about any of it. So maybe a review will get me an email back?

Great location, very clean, new appliances, cozy and warm. Unfortunately the location was a little more noisy than we were expecting and had neighbors that partied until 3:00 am and humidifiers did not work... but all and all,,, enjoyed it... again great location

NICE BUT NOISY

the living area was nice, but a little dark, in spite of lots of windows. the outdoor space was great. the bedrooms were tight, but clean and nice and the temperpedic beds were why I selected this unit. the bathrooms were just ok and in need of a good Clorox cleaning. my biggest objection to this unit is its apparent lack of sound insulation. It is on a relatively busy corner and we could hear all the people on the street all night. The other issues I had with this rental came from the management company. My confirmation mailing contained the wrong internet network name and password, as well as the wrong name and phone number for the local contact. And I received an email advising me the unit was available for early check-in, when, in fact, it wasn't. However, they were very helpful when I called.
