Situated near the end of a cul-de-sac, this log home exemplifies mountain living with four bedrooms and four bathrooms to accommodate your party. The house easily handles large families and multiple families or groups as the bedrooms are spread among three floors. Add in two living areas and two study areas and you have the makings of a great mountain getaway!

The spacious deck area includes a hot tub and outdoor grilling and dining area as well as plenty of seating to enjoy quiet evenings and sunset views.

Children and pets will love the outdoor grassy area for playing and everyone can enjoy the elliptical machine or walking on Easy Street for exercise. About Jason Cox

We own a local brewpub in downtown Pagosa Springs and have lived in Pagosa since 2008. We love to ski, snowboard, hike, mountain bike, raft, tube, play disc golf and hang outside enjoying the wonderful majestic beauty and weather of the Colorado San Juan Mountains.

Why Jason Cox chose Pagosa Springs

We purchased our home off the foreclosure market in 2008 and it was originally built in 1997 with the intention of being a bed and breakfast. The house design includes three separate sleeping areas with two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom on the main level and a bedroom and sleeper sofa in the walkout basement level. The solitude of the neighborhood along with excellent mountain views and a beautiful piece of property add icing to the cake!

Views, views, views. Solitude and quiet. Wide open spaces. Beautiful sunsets. Majestic mountains. Oh yeah...and the log home that sits smack dab in the middle of the three acre property is gorgeous, too!

Beautiful property with all the amenities you need.

We were a family of ten. Plenty of room for three families with children. Happy there were baby gates as we had an active 2 year old that loved following her older cousins around. We all enjoyed the foosball table. Gorgeous views and the hot tub was definitely a plus. Would stay here again.

Perfect House!!!

This is our 3rd year in a row to go to Pagosa and this house was the furthest away we have ever stayed and I enjoyed it the best. It has plenty of space and a great view!!!!

Love this place. We will be back!

This was our third year to stay here. As always it was a great experience. We had an issue with the hot water and Jason was out in less than fifteen minutes to fix it. Great property and great owner!

Owner's Response: We try to respond to any issues as quickly as possible and I appreciate your patience as we addressed the issue with the dishwasher. All is working great now as our plumber took care of a new garbage disposal and that fixed the dishwasher, too. Woohoo!

Great view of mountains

The house was great! We had 6 adults and two children and had plenty of room to spare. Loved the location, not too far from town, but close enough to run in for that gallon of milk. The only negative was the skiing. There was no snow anywhere and the mountain should have been closed. Other than that it was a very good choice.

Owner's Response: I'm glad the house worked for your ski trip and I'm sorry the snow was a little lower at Wolf Creek than usual. I ordered a 100" base before the holidays but Santa got lost and headed north and east with the snow instead. Most years we're in great shape, though, and Wolf Creek still boasted the most snow in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico over the holidays.

Perfect house and location for our multi-family getaway!!

We absolutely loved our stay on Easy Street. We were a party of 11, 5 adults and 6 teenagers. The basement area was so perfect for the kids! The basement has a bedroom with 4 bunks, a sectional that seats 6 and a TV with DVD player. There were some nights the kids slept on the sectional and the floor! There is a full bath on that level as well and a foosball table. The main level and upper level accommodated the adults well. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and plates, as well as appliances like a crockpot and a blender. The views from the main level windows were breathtaking! Even our teens noticed! The hot tub was ready for us and we definitely enjoyed that after our day of skiing!

Thank you Jason for answering all of my questions in such a timely fashion! We had a great time and would love to come back!
