Situated near the end of a cul-de-sac, this log home exemplifies mountain living with four bedrooms and four bathrooms to accommodate your party. The house easily handles large families and multiple families or groups as the bedrooms are spread among three floors. Add in two living areas and two study areas and you have the makings of a great mountain getaway!

The spacious deck area includes a hot tub and outdoor grilling and dining area as well as plenty of seating to enjoy quiet evenings and sunset views.

Children and pets will love the outdoor grassy area for playing and everyone can enjoy the elliptical machine or walking on Easy Street for exercise. With the town of Pagosa Springs only a five minute drive away, this idyllic retreat provides peace and quiet while offering quick accessibility to the amenities in the area.

We own a local brewpub in downtown Pagosa Springs and have lived in Pagosa since 2008. We love to ski, snowboard, hike, mountain bike, raft, tube, play disc golf and hang outside enjoying the wonderful majestic beauty and weather of the Colorado San Juan Mountains.

Why Jason Cox chose Southwest

We purchased our home off the foreclosure market in 2008 and it was originally built in 1997 with the intention of being a bed and breakfast. The house design includes three separate sleeping areas with two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom on the main level and a bedroom and sleeper sofa in the walkout basement level. The solitude of the neighborhood along with excellent mountain views and a beautiful piece of property add icing to the cake!

Views, views, views. Solitude and quiet. Wide open spaces. Beautiful sunsets. Majestic mountains. Oh yeah...and the log home that sits smack dab in the middle of the three acre property is gorgeous, too!

Beautiful mountain home big enough for our retreat.

A group of ladies stayed in this beautiful spacious home for our annual scrapbook retreat. It had gorgeous views, calming hot tub, WIFI access, roomy kitchen, comfortable bedding, and many more features! This beautiful home sits on 3 acres, and easy to find!! It's super close to town, but country feel! The owner was very inviting and easy to work with, with a friendly neighbor! Thanks for allowing us to stay! All ten of us had a great time! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful view of the mountains

There were nine of us and it never seemed crowded. Three floors, a huge kitchen and large living room on the main floor and another large room on the bottom floor. We had such a great time. We will be coming back.

This beautiful VRBO property is nestled on 3 acres in an upscale neighborhood just 5 minutes from the lovely town of Pagosa Springs. Easy Street offers magnificent views, privacy, and so many amenities it is difficult to do it justice in a brief review; however, after booking this property three times in one year it has become our #1 Colorado destination & honorary home-away-from-home! It combines the peace & quiet one seeks in the mountains while providing modern conveniences such as wireless internet, HDTV, and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen! We really enjoy the wrap-around deck that offers star-gazing at night followed by daily visits from golden eagles, hawks, and colorful magpies that all coexist with deer that graze casually at sunset. The dining/living area, loft and kitchen all face a wall of windows that span the entire width of the home & rises over two-stories high. This allows the majesty of the mountains & peaks to flow into the living areas in an unobstructed, breathtaking view. The owners of Easy Street are both considerate and professional, which is an extra bonus because they are dedicated to client-support and special needs. The floor-plan, square footage, and hot tub are perfect for family reunions and groups. If you are seeking a clean and comfortable place to stay while enjoying the beauty & numerous activities of Pagosa Springs, Easy Street is the best place to stay.

Breathtaking Scenery

The house was just as described and Jason was quick to respond to our questions. The weather was perfect, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the stars was incredible. We enjoyed using the hot tub and propane grill, both of which were in tip-top shape. (If only there were a fire pit! Not sure if there may be restrictions, though.) I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Lovely, quiet location with great views of the San Juan mountains.

Property was in good shape, comfy for two couples and two more adult children. Friendly owner Jason told us he had some minor but needed repairs planned.

I recommend a walk up to the end of the Easy St. cul-de-sac, then follow the trail to the right for a ramble up into the forest to the top of the ridge. We saw three species of hawks, lots of other birds. Take a look at the two strange, wall-like rock formations up on the ridge Built by aliens? It was quiet, peaceful, and clear and starry at night.

PS: Thanks for the Starbucks French roast, filters, and working coffee maker!
