Situated near the end of a cul-de-sac, this log home exemplifies mountain living with four bedrooms and four bathrooms to accommodate your party. The house easily handles large families and multiple families or groups as the bedrooms are spread among three floors. Add in two living areas and two study areas and you have the makings of a great mountain getaway!

The spacious deck area includes a hot tub and outdoor grilling and dining area as well as plenty of seating to enjoy quiet evenings and sunset views.

Children and pets will love the outdoor grassy area for playing and everyone can enjoy the elliptical machine or walking on Easy Street for exercise. We own a local brewpub in downtown Pagosa Springs and have lived in Pagosa since 2008. We love to ski, snowboard, hike, mountain bike, raft, tube, play disc golf and hang outside enjoying the wonderful majestic beauty and weather of the Colorado San Juan Mountains.

Why Jason Cox chose Southwest

We purchased our home off the foreclosure market in 2008 and it was originally built in 1997 with the intention of being a bed and breakfast. The house design includes three separate sleeping areas with two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom on the main level and a bedroom and sleeper sofa in the walkout basement level. The solitude of the neighborhood along with excellent mountain views and a beautiful piece of property add icing to the cake!

What makes this house unique

Views, views, views. Solitude and quiet. Wide open spaces. Beautiful sunsets. Majestic mountains. Oh yeah...and the log home that sits smack dab in the middle of the three acre property is gorgeous, too!

Great Get Away in a Wonderful Place

We loved our time at the cabin. Super spacious, well stocked kitchen, lovely views and great outdoor space. Jason was super easy to work with!! We will be back! Loved all of it. Didn't way to leave.

A Serene Getaway

A perfect location in the suburbs of Pagosa Springs, 5-10 minutes from everything you'd wish to indulge in downtown. We loved it. The view was awesome and windowed wall a perfect frame for beautiful sky and mountains in the distance. We stayed with another couple here and might consider other accommodations should we meet them again (queen size bed in master and not quite suitable accommodations for a second couple), but perfect for a large family with kids. We intend to seriously consider a return next year with our kids and theirs.

Great place for privacy and reflection near Pagosa Springs

Only three in our party ... my wife, our golden doodle (Goldie) and me. The place could hold a lot more, easy sleeps eight. The actual facility is as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the owner was nice and easy to deal with.

We had a great time there reading books and looking at the beautiful scenery from the chairs in on the balcony. There was plenty of space for Goldie to run and play. It is just minutes to the town of Pagosa Springs and another five to so to a golf course a little further south. We also used this home a a base for day trips to the Durango area and to Chama in New Mexico. If you are looking for flexibility in a really nice house, I highly recommend it.

Perfect house for a mountain getaway!

The Easy Street house was awesome. We were a large group and no one ever felt crowded. The house was tastefully arranged and had fantastic views. We will definitely be back!

Family reunion house

This was one of 2 that were rented for our family reunion. It was perfect for our 3 families that stayed there because each had their own floor and the long driveway was great for their tricycles. The entire family (35) went over for dinner one night and it was nice to sit all around the porches and picnic table for dinner while looking at the fabulous view.
