About the owner: Home Was built in 2001, and was never meant to be a rental. But life changes and my grandchildren now live in the Wilmington area so will have a son and I daughter and I have three grandchildren. Steve is a full-time IT consultant, and i am self-employed my business is called Nana to the rescue. We. Wanted a home close to the beach and easy access to the ocean. And we have that!

Why the Owner Chose Surf City, NC, USA:
We have always going to topsail we owned a condo at one time and we love this area. This corner lot became available and we went for the gusto. We personally designed it and I was present for almost all of the construction. A few mistakes were made but it was our first time and you learn. But, it is a great house close to the beach completely fenced yard and easy access to Wilmington and/or to Jacksonville North Carolina

The Unique Benefits at this House:
A porch swing and chairs are on the lower level so that if you decide you want some fresh air, it's right outside. The top deck has chairs as well, with a small open air cover porch area with a fan. There is also a porch swing on the lowest level. A great place to sit and relax after a walk on the beach.
