Our stunning luxury villa is situated in a gated community, in a quiet location, next to 120 acres of conservation area and backing on to a lovely lake. Its ideal situation only four minutes from Highway 192 and 12 minutes from Disney, means it is perfectly located for all attractions and amenities in Central Florida.
The community of Cumbrian Lakes has a children's play area, paths and jogging trails. Security is ensured by electronic gates at the entrance to the development, which require a four digit code to allow access. Our villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge with formal dining area, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, utility closet, extended pool and spa, lanai, extended deck area and double garage with automatic opener. The lounge has cable TV with DVD and VCR. There are lots of books, films and games to entertain the whole family. The master bedroom has a superb king-size bed and very large en-suite. The second master has a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and ample closets and all bathrooms have hairdryers. Both twin bedrooms also have DVD and one twin has Playstation 2 with games.
There is FREE use of our wireless broadband connection to all our guests - just bring along your laptop to logon.
There is also a safe in the villa for your use. All towels for use in the house and linen are provided and are laundered after each visit.
Our utility closet contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. At the rear of the house, accessed by patio doors from the lounge and the master bedroom, we have a luxury pool (30 by 12 foot) with spa and poolside shower all within an (40 by 21 foot) extended screened deck area. The lanai (covered patio area) has a dining table and chairs. There are also ample loungers and reclining chairs for sun bathing. Underwater lighting means you can enjoy a late night swim or spa. The pool and spa are checked and cleaned once a week to ensure they are kept in pristine condition. All the gardens in Cumbrian Lakes are maintained by the same landscape gardening company to ensure a high standard throughout the community. Pool heating, which is not required for most of the year, is available at an additional cost. The house is cleaned and checked by our management company after each let.
