Tranquility describes this property perfectly!!
This place is as family friendly and meticulously maintained a property you will come across in the greater Estes Park/Allenspark area. Our family has been going to this area for over 50 years, off and on, and this was our first time utilizing this property. We’d definitely stay again!!
The beds were very comfortable and all of the sheets were of quality cotton. The bathrooms all had plenty of towels which were of high quality and allowed for showering in each. If there was only one slight complaint it would be the lack of water pressure available when other water utilizing appliances were operating. But once this was understood, those issues dissipated.
The kitchen is a dream!! Newly renovated with upscale appliances, it has everything you will need except possibly enough ice from the ice maker for large groups. Just a suggestion, ice trays would easily alleviate this minor issue. There’s every spice and piece of kitchen equipment one could need to have very simple meals all the way up to executive chef type meals. The quality of your meals here are only limited to the quality of the cooks because it’s perfectly set up for any cooking skill level!!
And now for the best part of this property, the view from the expansive deck and the proximity to the river. It is an extremely calming experience to sit out on the deck, no matter the time of day, listen to the sound of the river and gaze upon Mt. Meeker while amongst the trees.
Serene, beautiful, and tranquil. TRANQUILITY.

Guest who have rented other places before notice the differences that we provide that other properties do not. Plus happy grateful people are such a joy to have because they come excited and leave with a joyful happy hearts. Easy to please and accommodate.
The Name "Tranquility" Fits
Our family had a reunion at this wonderful home. The view from the back porch was absolutely beautiful (great for family photos) . The stream that runs behind the house provided a sound that was a relief from the sounds of the city. Open the windows and the sound of rushing water fills the house. If you like to fish, the stream is full of them. The homes location away from Estes Park gave a more peaceful atmosphere. The drive to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Forest was not that far. We had eight adults, three children and one infant. Jeanie Brinkley provided a crib for the baby and was always helpful with any questions we had. We were so pleased with our week at this home and the surrounding sights available. The Snyder Families
We love for our guest to have unforgettable memories to take home with them. Especially of the time spent with their families and a break away from their everyday lives!
If a guest was to stay all summer there are endless activates to do & see. We have vacationed here for 38 years & have never been bored for one minute. Nor have we exhausted the many options for adventure & relaxation. We never have wanted to leave, therefore we just moved here for our retirement. Must see, Rocky Mountain Park, Trail Ridge Road, Fall River Road(when open), Down Town Shopping in Estes, Hiking trails all over, many wonderful dinning experiences like Meadow Mountain & The Famous Fawn Brook Inn, Sweet Basilicas, Estes Park Brewery. Just to name a few. Horse Back riding is such fun, So much wild life to see. It is a vacation paradise here. Young & old love the rainbow slide not to mention the Go Carts & bumper cars, miniature golf, rock climbing, bundgy jumping. We could go on & on. The Chamber in Estes has end activities every week end. Art Shows, a Rodeo, Horse Shows & the Famous Scottish Irish Festival!!!!
