Very Clean Cabin in Fun, Well Located Campground

  • 5 of 5

My brother, Dad and I and 3 boys very much enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was extremely clean upon arrival. The campground was great with plenty to do on site and in the surrounding area. There are two nice pools at the campground as well as other activities including a basketball court, rec room and lake with a small beach and kayaks and paddleboards available for no charge. New Buffalo, the Warren Dunes State Park and a number of small breweries and restaurants were all within a 10-minute drive of the campground. We were happy we chose to stay here.

Wonderful cottage

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely weekend stay at this wonderful cabin. The cabin is very well maintained and well stock. The screened in porch is great for sitting outside. We used the pool which was nice and clean. We requested the owner for a late checkout as we have two small children and Angie replied right away with a positive response. Three oaks is a nice small town to visit. We also visited the Hesston Train museum which was a treat for the boys.

Great Family Trip

  • 5 of 5

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It's a small quaint cabin, but is perfect and has everything you need. Everything was clean and in good condition. The screened in porch is great for sitting outside and there's land in the back where we played Frisbee. Two pools (one was more crowded than the other) but there was not a Ton of people. It's definitely a relaxing place to go. Free kayaking which the kids loved and there's enough for everyone. We didn't have a problem getting one. We also enjoyed a campfire behind the lodge with another family and our kids ended up playing ghost in the grave yard. No major stores or grocery stores in the area so, bring groceries like we did or there are a few local smaller stores in the area that sell mostly organic/green products. We took a trip to Lemon Creek winery which was nice and got some great fresh fruit. Angie the owner is super nice and was very accommodating and responsive. We are definitely planning to go back. It's a great escape from Chicago.

Father's Day weekend 2015

  • 5 of 5

My adult daughters, me and our dogs enjoyed an amazing long weekend in this cabin! This unit had everything and was very clean. We've stayed in many places and this cabin was very well stocked. It was the perfect spot to meet as I live in MI and my daughters live in Chicago. There is so much on the grounds to do and the surrounding areas are filled with excellent restaurants and shops.
