This is a 50,000 renovation was done by the new owner of the unit.

A beautiful place with a great view and great location!

Our experience with renting this property was awesome! Jeff was an excellent owner. He answered all of our questions and responded quickly to any emails I sent. The condo was immaculate with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable touches. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels including beach towels to make for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves on the beach. The building was very quiet and the other people staying there were also very friendly. Great pool and deck area as well. The location was great, close to shopping restaurants, etc. I really can't say enough nice things about this place. I would highly recommend this condo and Jeff and would definitely stay if ever coming back to the area.

Another great winter...

Just got home after spending another great time @ Jeff & Lisa's condo. A wonderful unit to spend a week or 3 months. Everything you need is right in your condo as well as balcony furniture, table with 4 chairs, lounge chair and 2 other balcony chairs and ottoman...even sand chairs and an umbrella. The balcony is a great area to eat or have cocktails before going out to dinner, nothing better then the ocean view. Also facing south is a great benefit if you want to sit in the sun on your balcony. This area of Daytona Beach Shores is beautiful, close enough to many restaurants and shopping, as well as the areas of Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach(my favorite for eating and just enjoying historic Canal St. & Flagler Ave.), Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and historic St. Augustine that's only an hour away. There is a food truck that parks on the beach, next to SandPoint, if you don't feel like going up to your condo for lunch, as well as the conveince of chair and umbrella rentals near by if you choose! Jeff is very prompt in answering any questions you may have. Yes, we are return renters and are planning to be back next year! Thank you Jeff and Lisa!!!

so so stay

The unit was in good shape, however when we arrived the place had obviously been bug bombed but it wasn't cleaned up. We had to sweep the floors because there was a lot of dead bugs. Then we had to wash all bedding and towels because we want to make sure they were clean of residue from bug bomb. The first night the chain in toilet broke and never got fix so we all had the other bathroom which is located in one of the bedrooms, not vary convenient. Throughout the week we continue to see some bugs not sure if from this unit or coming from another unit. We told the owners about these issues and where told they would get things fix and have a bug guys inspect and put traps neither happened. We even spoke to the maintenance guy for the build and he told us he would fix toilet but still didn’t get fixed. As the whole the build complex needs some updating. Had a nice view from the balcony but it seems a lot smaller than the 200 sq ft listed felt like half about 100sq not much room with table and chairs.

Prompt Attention to Problem Booking

Using the VRBO website for the first time, I was looking for a property for Christmas vacation. Intending solely to inquire about availability dates, I inadvertently booked the condo with the owner directly.

Date of arrival shown in review is today 19 Nov, since I am not actually arriving at all.

I needed to cancel the reservation he processed and he was busy preparing for his own vacation out of the country starting the next day. However I received notice of a full refund from Jeff the next day.Thank you Jeff!

Incredible Stay!!

There are so many great things to say about Jeff and his condo, that I'm not sure where to begin...

Correspondence with Jeff was amazing - always available and answered every little question I had; and promptly! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was so much better than what we saw. We knew Jeff had just renovated the condo and we were completely impressed with the updates and amenities. We seriously did not need to buy anything but food, since everything you could possibly need was stocked in the condo. Our girls (teenagers) and our grandson (2 year old) enjoyed the stay there so much, they want to return next year. The view from the balcony was fantastic, especially during the evening lightning storms. The overhead covering over the balcony allowed us to sit and watch the storm without getting wet at all - it was a favorite routine at night. During the day, the weather was gorgeous and, while our grandson napped, I could see our daughters camped out on the beach, on their lounger chairs, under the umbrella (all provided in the condo!) from the balcony. Morning coffee on the balcony was relaxing and we were able to see a shark one morning and dolphins every other morning! Beds were very comfortable. We were going to rent a play n pack for our grandson, but the condo had an extra large foam pad that we just placed next to our bed that worked great - he loved it! The washer and dryer was incredibly useful and much appreciated! Excellent condo. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Jeff!!

Long beach naps

Just completed our summer vacation at Daytona Beach and the location, size, and view from this condo was GREAT! The room was updated and very clean. The deck was large and a nice place to relax as the sun went down. Working with the owner was easy and he answered all my questions before and after our trip. I hope to come back soon to Sand Point.
