Great experience!

Overall amazing experience here!!! The view is amazing and the location is so great for walking to everything! The grounds keepers were very pleasant, the pool always immaculate!

If I had anything to say in regards to the condo I would just say it could use some updating and maybe add some bigger fry pans and bbq tools since families are renting the suite. But it didn’t damper anything just suggestions. :)

We would certainly return!!!!

Every year we do some sort of updating to the unit, but this takes time and of course, money !! I will get some bigger fry pans and new BBQ tools. Very nice.

We loved being able to see the ocean from our lanai and were drawn to the view. We saw whales, dolphins, turtles and even flying fish! The space worked very well for 4 adults and the 3rd half bath by the entry was appreciated. The building is very solid, so we didn't hear noise of using the stairs from us or outside our condo. We used the hot tub most days and really enjoyed that. We spent a great afternoon on the rocky point nearby. Walked on the lava rocks, watched the waves coming through the Makahuena Arch and turtles feeding the the surf. Wished there was a beach closer to walk to but I could not find a unit with that for the price. The island contact Lea was very helpful and we were glad to have someone local if we needed anything.

Nice, although needs some updates

Awesome locations, you really can just see the ocean from the balcony. For the price is fabulous

It needs some updates, specifically the front door (doesn't just open, need to work with it to open), the down stair toilet needs a bolt on the flusher otherwise it just comes out.

Didn't even know there was a problem with the flusher on downstairs toilet. We will take care of this. Also, we are updating the guest bathroom in a few months. Incredible Stay!!

We loved our time at the condo. Pool was perfect for my kids. Humpback whales passing by as we sat on the lanai. Would definitely return.

The condo was a great unit. Relatively good value in an expensive location. The view is beautiful

We had a great stay. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. We planned our stay 6 months before our visit. A couple weeks before we were headed out on our vacation the owners contacted me and wanted us to know that they were in the process of reroofing the complex. The first two weeks they were only on the site for a couple days working on other buildings. Our last week was when they decided to do our building. The cranes fired up at 7:30 am and began to do the tear off of our roof. The ceiling was t and g and dirt sifted between the boards. We had to change sheets and vacuum up the grit. They spent two solid days pounding down nails and stocking for the new roof over our unit. They spent 5 days in a row working on our building. They had to close the pool during working hours and had to walk around the barricades around the complex to get to our unit. We enjoy hanging around in the morning sipping coffee and being on vacation. I am a general contractor and can appreciate the requirements for doing work on occupied buildings. The workers were polite and courteous. Just our bad luck that our last week was disturbed by the direct impact on our unit. First world problems.

We still had a great trip and enjoyed our visit and the unit.

Simply amazing!

We didn't know what to expect when we walked through the door of this condo. But you immediately get hit with a spectacular view of the beautiful blue ocean as far as the eye can see right from the living room. The complex is quiet and the grounds are meticulously maintained. My kids and I walked to the beach every morning for righteous boogie boarding and body surfing with the turtles no less. Coming back for sure!!
