Spacious, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo With A Private Wrap Around Balcony.
Upon entering this Sunrise Beach condominium one is certain to feel at home. The owners have taken great care in customizing this spacious three bedroom, three bath condo. The level of detail from the curved granite bar with tile inset, to the dark wood cabinets, and tile throughout gives this unit a rich, elegant feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home including a pantry and plenty of cabinet space. There is a round six person table to enjoy meals in the condo while taking a break from the hot Florida sun. The kitchen also has three leather bar stools for lunch at the bar or conversations with the chef.
The master bedroom features his and her walk in closets, a king size, sleep number bed and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, revealed through sliding glass doors. The master bath has double sinks set in granite, a garden/Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. The two guest bedrooms both have comfortable queen size beds and large closets. The second and third bathrooms have a shower/tub combo.
The living room of this condo opens up to a private wrap around balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sting rays swim down the shore or watch the dolphins jump and play as the sun goes down.
This condo is equipped with everything one would need to feel at home in the perfect vacation spot!

This condo is really large and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and condiments are a nice "extra". The pools are super nice and the large pool was heated in April. I highly recommend this condo at Sunrise Beach!
Wonderful - out of this world
We had been staying in a condo each spring for 11 yrs and thought it was good. This is out of this world.
The property manager responded immediately with any problems.

Pros and Cons
Condo location and room was excellent.
Convenience to beach and parking was a plus. Needs improvement: I was sent check-in info early but was later told by owner "I did not say you can check in early" (misleading and poor service). When the "cleaning lady" came in during "early check-in", she apparently informed the owner that "we exceeded the capacity of the unit", which by the way was not true, so the owner decided to inform me through a series of text messages, of which she also told us to close the balcony door because we apparently had it open all day even though WE JUST GOT THERE. If you want to be treated like a kid and wait 2-3 weeks after your trip to get your security deposit back (after complaining about it), then this room is perfect for you.
Very nice condo with amazing panoramic view of the ocean
Perfect vacation, beautiful condo
Condo was beautiful and comfortable, had everything we needed. Property manager was always so nice and helpful, she made sure our stay was perfect. My family had a wonderful vacation.
Sunrise beach is in a wonderful location! It is with in walking distance to several restaurants and fun beach activities such as, goofy golf, go carts, and Gulf World Marine Park.
Panama City Beach offers fishermen 4 great fishing piers to choose from - 3 that reach far out into the Gulf of Mexico, and 1 that offers anglers a chance to cast their line into the Grand Lagoon. The two most prominent fishing piers in Panama City Beach are the identical Russell-Fields Pier and the M.B. Miller Pier, often referred to as the City Pier and the County Pier. The cost to fish from either pier is $6. This price includes your daily fishing license, and discounts are available for seniors, military, and disabled persons. Children 6 years of age and under are free, and seasonal or annual passes are also available. Spectators to the Russell-Fields Pier pay $3 for a day pass, while the M.B. Miller Pier charges $2/day for spectators. Passes purchased for one of these piers can be used at either.
If you're not down for go-karts and putt-putt, no worries - the beach isn't the only all-ages game in town!
Shipwreck Island Water Park has everything from the toddler-friendly Tadpole Hole to racing slides and 'river' rapids, while the popular Gulf World Marine Park can fill your day with animal shows and exhibits, and even the chance to shadow the Park's animal trainers for a day.
Nature-lovers love our eco-tours and the wilderness of Camp Helen and St. Andrews state parks. Or take your fiancé (church group, Navy reunion buddies) to goggle at 400+ bizarre exhibits at Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium.
