Rare 3br newly remodeled family beach condo in North Coast Village!

Enjoy peek ocean views from one of two balconies is this newly remodeled, beautifully furnished, family beach condo. The three bedroom penthouse corner unit includes two master suites. Perfect for two families or a multi-generational vacation for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren.

The entire second level includes a retreat with its own private bathroom, beautiful Ocean, San Luis Rey River and mountain views off the large patio with a wonderful ocean breeze. The upstairs retreat has a 55' TV, XBOX gaming system (guests bring own not provided) and gaming chair. The upstairs patio offers patio table, 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas. The downstairs master includes a cozy sitting area. The square inside dining table seats 8 and is ideal for catching up with family and fun evening game playing. All rooms include flat screen TV’s (42” to 55”), ceiling fans and numerous amenities. The downstairs master has a king bed and the upstairs master has a bunk combo with Queen on bottom, and twin XL on top and a twin XL trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

The condo is a third floor end unit with no one above and condos on only 2 sides; that means extra windows, skylight and very little “neighbor” noise to bother you day or night (except for train rumble). The condo comes complete with beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and cooler. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils to accommodate a light snack or a multi course meal. Purchase your groceries at numerous nearby stores. This upscale, luxurious condo includes 1 reserved underground parking space, high speed internet access and sleeps 8. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed in the complex.

North Coast Village is just a short walk to either the Oceanside Harbor or the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite vacation destination for couples and families from all over the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center with dry saunas in each of the men’s and women’s facilities, game room with billiards, clubhouse with kitchen, ping pong tables, putting green, Olympic size heated pool (one of two), a large lagoon style Jacuzzi (one of two) and a barbeque pavilion overlooking the pool. There is 24/7 onsite key/check-in service and security. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX!

• Located next door is Oceanside Harbor with its many waterfront indoor/outdoor restaurants and shops. You can go deep sea fishing, take a sightseeing or party cruise boat tour, rent boats, paddle boards and kayaks at the harbor.

• Next to the beach is The Strand which is paved and great for riding bikes, jogging or taking a long walk along the beach without getting sandy.

• The Pier, a 10 minute walk down the beach, has restaurants, outdoor cafes, bike rentals, surfboard rentals/lessons and fishing pole rentals. The outside amphi-theatre is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.

• Downtown Oceanside, 10 minute walk, has more indoor/outdoor cafes and restaurants, shops, pubs, clubs/music, movie theaters and the famous Thursday Farmers Market and Thursday Sunset Market (great food and music). Shoppers will love looking inside the wide array of unique shops in the beach towns located up and down the coast.

• Bike riders have a dedicated bike path across the street from North Coast Village which goes for 15 miles along the San Luis Rey River by the California Mission San Luis Rey, one of the biggest, most well preserved of the famous old California Spanish Missions.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, quiet, luxury penthouse. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, clean, comfortable and looks even better in person than in the photos. Every amenity is thoughtfully provided (and more!) Situated in a lush, green, lovely, well-maintained development. A great location next to the beach and walking distance to the harbor. The owner is warm, friendly, responsive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend it!

Can't wait to come back!

My friends and I had a great time at this Oceanside condo. It’s beautifully

decorated and perfectly stocked. Our beds were comfortable and all the

rooms had lots of storage space. The bathrooms even had plenty of hooks for

hanging wet bathing suits! The complex is easy to reach off the 5 freeway

and walking distance close to the beach and Oceanside Harbor with lots of great restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to come back with my family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely decorated condo just steps from the beach and Marina. Extremely well stocked, very comfortable with a warm welcoming feel. Perfect for a girls or couples getaway or a family vacation. There's something for everyone. We wish our stay could have been extended. One of the best properties we've stayed and we'll be back.

Perfect Getaway

Friends and I vacationed in this condo. The interior is newly redecorated in a beach theme. The colors are lovely blues and bright accents. The photos accurately reflect the appearance of the grounds, landscaping includes a rushing stream.

Indoors and outdoors are very clean and neat. We walked along the beach to the harbor for happy hour. The owner had house keys for each of us and parking decals for our thee cars! We agreed the rental was beautiful and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Loved It!!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this fabulous getaway. We walked to the harbor and enjoyed Happy Hour.

We played games, watched TV, fixed gourmet meals and relaxed. The grounds are lovely and the condo was clean with all new furniture, great colors and well decorated. It was well stocked in the kitchen too, for four persnickety retired teachers and a former property manager and real estate agent. We were totally impressed and delighted with our selection for a midweek stay.
