Situated near the base of Steamboat Ski Area, our two bedroom, two bath, fully remodeled top floor condo offers accommodations for up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare an afternoon snack or a gourmet meal. Unwind after a day of outdoor activities in the vaulted Great Room or on the outdoor covered patio. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen log bed and twin log bunk beds, sharing a main bath with the other area of the condo. The Great Room couch folds out into a full sized bed. In unit laundry was added during our remodel, a very nice amenity for long stays. Baths are stocked with linens, toiletries and plush robes.
The mountain base area and gondola are less than a 5 minute walk. Don’t like walking in your ski boots…no problem. There is a seasonal shuttle that will take you to the base. The shuttle, which runs only in the winter, will also take you to shopping, grocery stores, or downtown, and pick you up when you are done. A free City bus stop is directly across the street and takes you throughout the valley year round. There is plenty of parking on the property for your car if necessary.
The property also boasts 5 large hot tubs, a heated pool, tennis courts, community BBQ grills, and free Wi-Fi. Located next door, between the property and the gondola, there is a commercial center that houses a small market with deli and liquor store, a ski rental storefront as well as an excellent local Mexican restaurant.
Our unit is partnered with the Lodge Management, Steamboat Resorts by Wyndham. They provide check in, concierge service, house keeping and other guest services that you may require. Note that all of these services are included in the nightly rate.
We live on the front range of Colorado in Fort Collins, about an hour north of Denver and about 3 hours from Steamboat Springs. We have two children, son age 5 and daughter age 4, that are beginning to enjoy the mountain as much as their parents.

Prior to our purchase, we explored what felt like every potential property in the Steamboat Valley and surrounding areas. The Lodge offers a great atmosphere, location and amenities.
We fully renovated the unit in 2009, nearly gutting it down to the studs and making some modifications including adding the in-unit laundry. We continue to invest in our property by upgrading furnishing and electronics to keep the unit fresh and updated for our family and our guests.
Overall a great experience. I personally haven't ever been to Steamboat and so it was beautiful to see the area and the people were all very nice. We went last summer and there were plenty of things to do around including some great fishing and a good night life. The property were we stayed was amazing. All of the appliances were new, entertainment was top of the line, and the decorations were very fitting. There was plenty of space for the two of us, a family would easily be able to stay there. The community is very pet friendly. It is a perfect location for the winter and steamboat mountain. The bus system is great and easy to use. We were able to use it almost entirely as transportation. The property was very clean and organized. The management was friendly and always helpful. The owners are very generous and friendly people. I would go back over and over again, it was a fantastic time.
